This is a very well run McDonald's because the manager is a very nice and hardworking Venezuelan. She's created a hometown atmosphere for the locals in this neighborhood of The Hammocks in Miami. The food quality is superb as well.
Horrible drive thru service. Go inside or go to another restaurant. The guy Khaled at the windows has horrible customer service and is very slow. He drops things as well. The manager needs to train these people better. They mess up orders as well. I will try another time just to see if I can change thid but this has happened before

Do not buy the McRib, if we take this sandwich to a lab I’m pretty sure that rib meat is going to be like 2% , this taste like all inclusive restaurants frozen sausage . Mine was almost white and do not look at all like the ads on tv . The Brad was barely warm and also

Review for McDonald’s (157th Ave & 88th St, Miami)
I recently visited this McDonald’s location, and because the long line of cars outside at the drive-thru, I decided to place my order inside. I was assisted by Betsy, and I was truly impressed by the level of service she provided. She greeted me warmly, introduced herself, and took my order in a professional manner, speaking both Spanish and English exceptionally well.
My order was ready in less than two minutes and was promptly brought to the table where I was seated. The restaurant itself was clean and well-organized, including the restrooms. After I finished my meal, Betsy came over to the table and cleared what was left, which added a thoughtful touch to the overall experience.
This visit stood out because of the excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the establishment.

Service was terrible. Employees roll their eyes and give you attitude when you ask them for items missing from your order. Manager is EXTREMELY unprofessional and openly makes fun of older customers while taking their orders.

Restaurantji Recommends
If you want to survive a zombie apocalypse you need to stock up on McDonald's cheese burgers or any of their burger selections. They do not spoil at all. Not mold no rotting... It's wonderful. Their food preservatives are top notch.

I went to McDonald’s expecting to get Monopoly pieces with my order, but there were none on the packaging. When I asked the employees, they told me the game was no longer going on. I explained that according to the fine print, the Monopoly promotion was supposed to run until September 2, but they still said there were no more pieces available. It’s disappointing and confusing that McDonald’s is advertising a promotion they aren’t honoring in-store.

Ordered pickup requesting that the order be brought to table #147. Waited 30 minutes and when I asked about my order, they blew me off the first time and told me to wait near the front. I got my order in the end, however- don’t order pickup with table service

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed Experience
I’m really disappointed with this McDonald’s. My burgers were made wrong, and for the prices they’re charging now, the portions are ridiculously small. It feels like they’re cutting corners while raising prices at the same time. McDonald’s really needs to reevaluate their prices and quality control — customers deserve better for what we’re paying
