Been going to this place for years now and today they made me so mad I have decided to write a review. The food is fast food, not much can be said in that sense except sometimes they get the order wrong or forget to give you the items you ordered. I have resorted to sitting in the car and checking everything is in the bag before I leave the drive thru because I no longer trust their service. Today they gave me a breakfast order and by the time I got home the butter had exploded in the bag and gotten on every item. The kicker is the lady at the window checked the bag before handing it to me and complained to her coworkers because they had put an extra hashbrown in there. I don't even eat the hashbrowns, I tend to throw them out.

Asked for a small caramel frappe and they give it to me with chunks of ice that won’t go up the straw, the guy at the window looked at it for a good 30 seconds looking at the chunks of ice before he handed it to me knowing it was done wrong. horrible customer service,

Long wait at drive thru or inside the restaurant. Employees are not trained to serve the public. They don't give the complete order. They are messy, rude and bitter!!!

Employees are ridiculously rude. I usually don't leave reviews but I've already had several bad experiences with different employees in this location. Recently I asked for sauce, and when I opened the bag and leaned out to have the employee place the sauce in the bag, he missed and they all fell on the floor. He sighed, got frustrated and then I leaned further out of the car and made sure to try to open the bag more, and he looked at me and said "can you just give me your hands!" Just to note, i opened the bad properly the first time and leaned out of the window.. it was just a mistake on his end but he blamed it on me lol this employee also didn't say hi or make eye contact when giving me the food.. and had a super annoyed look on his face even before he dropped all the sauces. Another time I asked for a Carmel Sunday and just received vanilla icecream, so when I asked for the caramel, a different guy told me "that's extra" (also ignoring me when I said hi) when I told him I had originally ordered a caramel Sunday not just plain vanilla, he rolled his eyes and said "Jesus" as he took the icecream back to put caramel on it. lol it's honestly ridiculous and feels ridiculous writing all of this but I'm hoping management sees it and instructs employees to have common decency when interacting with customers. I'm not expecting some over the top cheery disposition... but you know.. basic common decency especially when all the mistakes have been on their end..

When I asked for an extra glass to share my children's ice cream, the manager denied it and told me I couldn't, I told him it's just one glass if you want, I'll pay for it and he still acted very rude, how unfortunate that he has that attitude anymore. When it's ice cream for kids, McDonalds should be a happy and enjoyable place for kids to experience.

The Quarter Pounder was raw. Uncooked. Make sure your food is cooked.Kid-friendliness: My kid tasted it and found the meat was uncooked. He only took a few bites and then disposed of it. I recommend that your kids do NOT try this when raw.
