Came by at 7:45pm on a Thursday and waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes then decided to try my luck inside. Kiosk would not allow us to pay and it was another 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. And a whopping 45 McMinutes after this ordeal began we had our not-so-Happy Meal (in a single-use plastic bucket, by the way). Clearly this location is understaffed and overwhelmed. Manager must be trying to save money at our expense but I would have rather paid 3x the price to be able to pick up my food promptly, feed my kid and get on with my night. Never again!

I have never received such bad service. The thick, super vulgar red-haired shop assistant. The manager seemed annoyed with the customers who were only in the store to consume. In short, I will not return
Absolutely disgusting service. Not only did they not give us our drinks but didn’t give us our nuggets. After reordering our drinks, to then not provide straws.

There weren't many employees. The dining room was closed and the place was very unkempt. They really need to work on customer service and get more staff to avoid delays in orders.
