Every night it's the same problem. At the drive-thru, they always tell you they only accept cash, and they only answer one line; they don't say anything about the other line being unavailable. They always mess up the orders when you receive the food. I'm very disappointed with this restaurant; it's not the same as it was two years ago when they actually worked properly.

The food was okay, coffee and tea were good. However, the tables weren't clean fast enough before new customers wanted to use them. The kitchen wasn't visible from the counter, that's a bit strange. All McD abroad, that I visited before, had open kitchens. There were a couple of beggars and nobody tried to escort them out.

Good fast food they actually salt their fries when you're there to see it. Other then the location being swamped on the daily it would be perfect. Their ice cream machine works buy don't test fate going at closing times lol.

The service by the cashier was phenomenal, very friendly, very attentive and always smiling, providing her good service, but I have to let her know that the place is well deteriorated the screens for the customer to see. The menu is damaged there was dirt but well the cashier made the time in that place worth it.

Had the worse experience here everytime had i come from work at nighttime they never have anything small no small drinks no small combos the manager (Anthony) will scream and shut the window in your face when ask why they don’t have small on anything only at night and only at this McDonald’s and he laughs and shuts the window in your face This is the Worse McDonald’s in Miami after 7 dont COME HERE AT ALL

I paid for an extra patty on my bigmac and never received it. I complained to mcdonalds and did not receive a refund for what I paid for but never received. Stay away from this place.

Waited 30 minutes for food just to have about 15 arrive after me and they all received their food before I did. I could have gone to an actual restaurant and received quicker service.
The entire service was very fast. The bathroom was very clean, I would say impeccable. Thanks to the McDonald's team

Wouldn’t give my paid for extra cheese
Ordered extra cheese with a 4 patty burger, paid exactly the same as a friend who bought the same but the receipts looked different. He got the extra cheese but I didn’t and they wouldn’t help.

I ordered my food online and went in to pick up my food The workers moved very slowly and I got my food 22 minutes later and the food was cold and no straw for my drink.
