This has to be without a doubt the absolute WORST McDonald's in all of South Florida. I go out of my way to a further one way down the road to avoid this one. Everything about it is terrible; the food, the customer service, the lack of attention to detail. They should honestly just get shut down, don't go to this location. You've been warned!

⭐ 1 star I visited this McDonald’s today (October 28th) and ordered a chocolate shake. It had a terrible taste, so I went back to return it — but the service was awful. The staff were rude and gave me a bad attitude instead of trying to help. Very disappointing experience.

Arrived first was asked to wait then after a few seconds others then arrived and where helped before I was. No aplogogy was offered afterwards and when my order was received after I complained the cheese extra and the bacon on my order was cold and the food at the bare minimum of edible quality

I placed an order through the drive-thru and was sent to the parking lot. I waited 20 minutes in the car until I decided to go inside to pick up my order, and they didn’t even know what it was. I provided the receipt, and I should point out that I had only ordered a strawberry-banana smoothie, which they gave me in a medium cup, and it was not even filled all the way.
