Terrible service and the worst is the manager, I'm scammers, they made the wrong order, they gave me a smaller order and when I told them, they didn't want to give me the refund, saying no, everything was fine, they charged me almost 40 dollars for an order of 20. SCAMMERS!!!!!

This McDonald's has the worst fries in South Florida. I hate that this is the closest McDonald's to my house because the fries are awful. My opinion is if they can mess up french fries, everything else must be disgusting.
Being next to the corporate burger king should make them want to level up on their fries

Probably the best McDonald's I have visited. Fast, friendly service and food was excellent. Stopped for a quick breakfast before a long day of travel. Cute chickens were wandering around next to the parking lot.
Visiting Miami, normally McDonald’s in my area are good but this one gave me cold food, and I clearly said I wanted a nugget meal with a Big Mac on the side (not another meal) then I got to the window and he gave me 2 meals and charged me for both! When I questioned it the dude gave me attitude about it and everything. Avoid this McDonald’s find a different one.

Today October 7th 2024 at 11:15 am I went to your McDonalds to order a coffee and the manager who helped was the most amazing person I have encountered lately in the food service industry. She was helpful, caring and professional and great face for McDonalds. I didn’t get her name but I hope she is awarded as she should be.
