McDonald's is done for! Over $17 for a 10-piece nugget meal and a vanilla ice cream cone? At that price, why would anyone keep paying for their processed, plastic-tasting food when there are way better options out there. Dave's Hot Chicken, Pollo Tropical, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A all serving actual quality meals? No wonder McDonald's drive-thrus are looking more like ghost towns these days!

Worst I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. Horrible customer service. Show some respect and do your job. As customers, we don’t owe you anything. We place an order, we pay, we get what we pay for, we go about our day. Stop arguing with us. Give us what we pay for and leave us alone. The cashier couldn’t count change and the person handing me my order antagonized me after giving me the Wrong order.

Very often combo meals missing items, you need to go to the counter and ask for missing items that you already pay for. Kiosks did not give receipts, missing tents with numbers.
At these restaurant staff sooks good, fries are salty and lettuce is fresh. Thank you

How sad it is to come to McDonald’s with your daughter looking for a smile and a Happy Meal, only to have the person speaking to you through the intercom be so rude and ill-mannered. I even asked if something was wrong, telling them that I was speaking with kindness, love, and respect, yet they kept up their awful attitude. We ended up going to another McDonald’s because I’m not one to argue with someone, and I know a drive-thru isn’t supposed to be a five-star experience, but at the very least, employees should be told to treat customers well. I would never return to this McDonald’s.
