We came specifically for the Happy Meal with the Hello Kitty and Ninja Turtles toy series. Instead, we were given a different series and on my question they told the new one wasn’t available — even though the stand with the advertised toys is still up. On top of that, the burger was awful, dry, and tasted like cardboard. If the advertised toy series is unavailable, customers should be informed beforehand instead of being misled.

Drive thru order. They got the order correct. The French fries taste artificial. I really enjoyed my quarter pounder with cheese. I don't go there very much but in pinch, I recommend the food I ate.

Couple of weeks?ago , I contacted the corporate office to report a long piece of hair found inside the patty!!! I was throwing up vigorously!!! Until now still waiting for a follow up!! Please be careful not a great feeling for a human part to go down your throat!!!

This McDonald’s Is one of the slowest ive ever been if your in a hurry dont go to this McDonald’s first of all the lines are always so long and the service isint the best and also they take such a long time to make your order and they forgot my extra fríes that i added and last time i went there was no milkshakes and no sweet tea i do not recommend.

I come to McDonald’s almost every morning down south and never have a problem, but I come here store #18350 for the first time and they act like I made them come to work. The young lady who took my order put in the wrong order and when i received my receipt I noticed it wasn’t what I order. So I told the other lady I ask for something different she looked at me and sucked her teeth and took the bag back and walked to the back. Came back and told me to pull up to the front and wait because there’s no orange juice. Smh I sat there for about 3-5 minutes and realized she wasn’t coming out!! So I park my car to go inside to ask where’s my drink? Just for her come handing me the orange juice from around the corner!! I worked customer service for years and never acted like that!! Worse CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!

Was today on drive thru . Has best expiration with mc today. I met Christina sweetheart voice. Then when i come to first window to pay. I met that positive girl. McFlurry was excellent . I’d like to say that in this McDonalds people are really working. Thanks to all team and special pleasure for Christina , last time i experienced service like this was outside U.S only.
Ordered the big breakfast today. The hash brown was overly done. And the biscuit was hard as a rock. Like yesterday's leftovers.

McDonald's is done for! Over $17 for a 10-piece nugget meal and a vanilla ice cream cone? At that price, why would anyone keep paying for their processed, plastic-tasting food when there are way better options out there. Dave's Hot Chicken, Pollo Tropical, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A all serving actual quality meals? No wonder McDonald's drive-thrus are looking more like ghost towns these days!
