Absurdly awful! I arrived for a double-sugar black coffee. I managed to get cream in my cup somehow! I went in to have it fixed, and I was handed a broken cup. The coffee tasted like water and had no flavor. Absurdly awful! Whoever used that filthy mop to scrub the floor ought to be disciplined or given cleaning instruction. The management of this place needs to be held responsible for the poor quality of service it offers! I'm not coming back to this place!

I went to McDonald’s and got my money scammed from the kiosk. The kiosk said that the $17.65 was approved but I didn’t get my order. When I waited for my order it was running a little long and when I asked where my order was, they said that my order didn’t exist. I went on arguing with the cashier lady for 20 minutes, when I asked for the manager he was so rude and nasty and didn’t seem interested in solving my issue at all. I had to fill a dispute with my bank and go through so much just because of terrible management and customer service from this McDonald’s. Never stepping foot in here again.
Ice cream machine is sometimes always not working. Orders are always wrong after waiting at the stop sign for your food, im not sure why they tell us to wait there everytime.

For a person who goes to McDonald's once a year (granddaughters ? go a little more often) I find it to be very expensive for the meals that we ordered. I'm willing to pay almost anything when I'm hungry but I know when prices are a little unreasonable. The restaurant was clean and so is the bathroom.
