There is a lady who is a manager on the early morning shift who wears glasses, be careful, she is dangerous and aggressive with drivers, you should fire her and never allow her to work in customer service again, those who hire racist people like that are pathetic.

This McDonald's places drive-thru customers into curbside pickup spots to wait for their orders to manipulate better results on their performance timer. Sometimes, it doesn't make sense in my experience. So be prepared to be asked to "park at number 1 to wait for your order" whether you order at the speaker or through the app in advance.
The only reason that I still come to this McDonald's is out of the sheer convenience of its locale when the kids want to have some McDonald's. The food serves the intended purpose.
Complaint: I normally order for my whole family when I arrive, so I understand the occasional wait on the side, but I've even been asked to wait in curbside parking for a single sandwich a la carte and watched vehicles behind me be afforded the option to wait at the window and receive their full meals, make corrections, and check the contents before I got my burger. Today, I ordered for me and my kids at the drive-thru. I waited patiently behind the two vehicles ahead of me and watched the one directly in front of me get their correction handled at the window before they drove away. When I pulled up to the window, I received our drinks and was immediately told to park in the spot marked number 3 as my drinks were handed to me. Before I could make a rebuttal or refusal the window was closed. So I pulled into the spot and waited. 3 vehicles left with their orders before mine arrived. When I received it, the person handling my food left as soon as it was in my hands. I checked the bag to find that I was missing a good portion of my order and had to go inside. I brought my just-received bag of food and receipt and approached the counter where a crew member was present. The crew member observed me enter the building with my bag and receipt, picked up the restaurant phone, and left from the front counter and customer view. I asked the next crew member I saw for assistance after being ignored by the first crew member and received an attitude about having to come inside to correct their error.

I used to love coming to this McDonald’s because I worked there, and Ms. Linda is one of the sweetest managers I know. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for over 10 years. However, there’s a manager who works the night shift who is always smoking on the clock. She’s light-skinned, tall, and I believe she’s Spanish. I’ll update this review once I get her name, but she’s one of the nastiest people I’ve ever encountered. I don’t know how she was promoted to manager. She’s acted rudely toward me multiple times, but today was the last straw. I placed a mobile order, which included cookies. She told me they didn’t have any cookies at the time, so I asked for a refund or an alternative. She said I couldn’t get a refund and that I could only have fries. I told her I didn’t want fries and asked if I could come back another day to get the cookies. She agreed. The next day, I went through the drive-thru to pick up the cookies. Do you know what her rude, disrespectful self said to me? She said ‘no’ and slammed the window in my face. This was beyond disrespectful. I didn’t get a refund or a replacement for the cookies. I’m not the only one complaining about this lady. I’m certain Ms. Linda wasn’t the one who promoted her. I’ll make sure to send an email to corporate.

I went to Mcdonals on 15096 Nw 7th Miami fl 33168 on 08/11/2024 I order food for my children, the food in question a PLAIN mcdouble . I didn't it plain at all , in the drive thru I check my food there and let the Nasty attitude lady that my order was wrong and she treated us like we were homeless, super rude told us she couldn't remake the food and if I wanted a new burger to go around the line again and PAID again for my food , this is Unacceptable!!!! And not the right way to treat a customer when it wasn't my fault, my receipt says PLAIN , it was their mistake ! Then she treated me to call the cops if I didn't move from the line !!! End of story I had to throw in the trash the food I paid for and go somewhere else to get new food ! I hope the right attention is given, I have it all in video and I'm planing to take LEGAL Action!
