The manager was absolutely rude and was not accommodating after messing up our order. She was giving us an attitude as soon as we ordered and was not helpful. Thankfully another employee looked out for us, but she/they was not helpful in the slightest. This was my first time in Miami and I am not coming back.

I just left the drive through I spoke to the the lady that took my order We agreed on the sugar package Why not give me a spoon? It's common sense? What's the point of that? I didn't even received my mild sauce? It's common sense!! It comes with the order we spoke about it with the drive thru What's the issue?

Terrible the fries were extremely salty and cold I could not eat mine and my kid couldn’t eat his either…messed with my blood pressure🥴 never again will I go to this location…. Somebody has a heavy hand with the salt it was a(mobile order)

I stopped by this McDonald’s for breakfast, and it was a frustrating experience. The service was slow even though it wasn’t that busy, and the staff seemed unorganized. My order wasn’t made correctly, and when I asked about it, the response was rude instead of helpful. On top of that, they charged me extra just to get sauce — which is ridiculous on a breakfast order. The food wasn’t fresh: my hash browns were cold and greasy, and the sandwich looked like it had been sitting there for a while. To make things worse, my orange juice tasted like watered-down juice instead of fresh. The dining area also wasn’t clean, with tables left dirty for too long.
Breakfast at McDonald’s is supposed to be quick, fresh, and simple, but this location really missed the mark

This McDonald’s used to be a good restaurant. They’ve gone downhill recently. My past few orders I’ve gotten from there all have had something missing or completely wrong. I ordered a McGriddle and I get home and there’s a McMuffin in my bag. I guess the CUSTOMER has to make sure the employees are doing their job correctly. I placed an order for drive through pick up and the drive through is blocked with carts from McDonald’s. Had to go inside. I’ve had one too many bad experiences here. Will not be returning.

This McDonalds deserves an olympic gold medal. They run the meanest cleanest assembly I’ve ever seen. Manager calling out plays like they just got out from a huddle. Place was super packed during lunch and I only waited 6 minutes. With all those people there they still asked me if there was anything else I needed with my order

I went simply for a coffee which took 9 min for them to prepare. I sat and watched conversations about nothing while customers waited in line for service. Horrible service and 0 concern for the customer. The manager recognized someone she know and decide to show favoritism. Horrible experience!
