I asked for a refill, during the late night hours, via the drive-thru. One of the associates advised that I should wait, as she assisted others.She didn’t return and I asked another of the associates who said the manager said no -refill - this after waiting 20 minutes. At that time, I asked to speak to the manager and was asked to wait. Again, more time passed and the original girl who had told me to wait passed by. As I tapped on the window, she could clearly hear me and proceeded to goa bout her activities and intentionally ignored me.Other people came by on foot, and I assisted in translating, as a courtesy to both the associate - I have tremendous respect for immigrants - as well as for the people who were walking up. It is very much a reflection of my values to bring forth the best qualities in those who wish to embrace immigrants but face a language barrier. This was done for a total of 7 individuals.The associate at the window sought to close the window on me, in a manner which was inappropriate.When I mentioned this, her reply was that “she has to keep it closed.”Ultimately, I bought another coke and got it.The principle here is professionalism and to come to the window and speak with me is all that I was asking for - I was clear about it.It is my understanding that the manager’s name is Rose. She is McMiserable!!!The store operates under an outrageous level of lack of professionalism, with the true exception being an associate named Daniel. He is a true McDonalds professional. The unspoken culture, where we read between the lines, is that they are employed in this position to be tolerated and customers are there to wait for them until they get around to the “favor” of giving them their food. As an example, an UBER driver was instructed in a less than courteous manner to exit the drive thru area and go to - having to get out of her car, already being at the drive-thru window, and this being her job that she needs to get to the customer - a designated pickup window on the side of the building. The lady was - not surprisingly - McFurious!!!If for nothing else, the assistance in helping to bridge that language barrier should have been enough to offer a simple drink. The lack of attention and decency is horrible.Wait times are lengthy, the food starts to get cold, and it’s always served with a Large side of McAttitude!!!

Don’t go here if you’re black. Very prejudice and rude. Spanish people are always welcomed, can’t say the same for blacks. Rude from the manager to the janitor. No customer service skills!!

They say it's open 24/7. But after 11 PM, just the McDrive is open. So you have to walk through the McDrive by foot, if you have no car.

After I was eating they told me that I had to vacate and stop eating.I entered with my dog ​​and the not allowed sign is not visible.The manager with very bad taste. Without education and without communication skills.I worked at a McDonald's in South America and they train their employees very well.How sad that the same thing does not happen in the original McDonald's and they have people with such a low intellectual level and managerial communication.It was a disappointing experience.

I just had a horrible experience with a worker from McDonald’s on this location. Mind you the mocdonalds was empty. I came in with my scooter and put it in the corner at the entrance away from everything and everyone. She raised her voice to me and told me to move it outside. I don’t have a locker and this location is not super safe. I ignored, I got my food, she came again to arrase me. Raising her voice again and telling me to put the scooter outside I said ok ok. Next time. She raised her voice again said no to ok her because people have been hurt in the past. She continue to clean my table while I was eating. She completely ruined my meal. This is a old lady with red hair clean in tables. She was so mean and rude and I am sure not to come back to this location.

I can't believe the audacity of this McDonald's! They have the nerve to advertise that their lobby is open until 11pm, but when I arrived at 10:21pm on 03/10, the lobby was already closed. What kind of false advertising is this? Not only did they waste my time, but they also dashed my hopes of getting some late-night fast food. Absolutely unacceptable!
