I only get 2 things from fast food restaurants and this location NEVER has milkshakes or ice cream. In Miami…where it’s currently 90degrees at 11pm. There used to be a time when the person working the drive-through at night was really nice, helpful, and they had the machine working every time she happened to be there. But now it’s just people who are not great in a customer service setting to say the least And for whatever reason you can never get something as simple as the ice cream/shake machine working. I have to admit, I miss both of them.
