Drive through the menu display is broken they take forever at the 2nd window last night got fries through my app and they were old and nasty I freaking deserve my points back this McDonald’s is not like it used to be do yourself a favor drive west on bird road and go to the one across tropical park they are better at least they smile at you

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I usually don’t mind inconveniences, especially with fast food but this was too much.

I arrive at the drive through around 12:20 am on 07/28/25 after working all afternoon. Everyone in front of me goes through after 6 min in line, I get to the screen and another 6 minutes pass. Tired of waiting with no answer, I pull up to the first window to see what’s going on — I explain, I have been calling out for someone at the screen to put my order in, waiting patiently. The guy is leaning on the cash register on his phone and he asks me what I ordered, then he says he was waiting for me (almost mockingly) not able to contain his humor. This is a grown man, I tell him there’s a line and that I’m not going to waste my time. So I took my money elsewhere.

Lady at the drive-thru and Annia, who handed us our order, are two kind, professional women who provide truly exceptional customer service. I’ve worked in customer service myself, and based on their consistency and care, I’d promote them both to assistant manager in a heartbeat.

They always greet us with a smile, are incredibly polite and helpful, even when something goes wrong (on either end), and they remember us, which makes every visit feel personal and appreciated. That kind of connection is rare in fast food.

On top of that, the food at this location is always better than others: the chicken is consistently crispy, the food is hot and perfectly seasoned, and the sandwiches are made with just the right amount of ingredients and sauce. It’s clear this team takes real pride in their work.
