We sometimes come to this place, and there is always a different problem. Today, at the drive-thru, we asked to se the menu on the screen to place the order, and the staff couldn’t do it. But the main problem is not that they were unable to do it, but the fact that two of them spoke to us as if we were wrong for asking, as if we were requesting something impossible. They used a harsh and disrespectful tone when addressing us. That is unacceptable and shows that they don’t understand this behavior toward customers is wrong.

Who ever the manager guy is doesn’t have no professionalism or anything like that made an order online and the phone had to be in store ? Since when when I order 30 times and this has never been an issue but I mean what else to expect .

I would rate it 5 starts but whoever the young lady is in the front with the two buns on 08/08/25 around 2pm is very rude not only to me but to every guest I saw her tend to. Not a good experience service wise.

I had never been inside this McDonald's. I was very impressed wiith the cleanliness of the playground area. Liliana was on top of cleaning and disinfecting every table as soon as customers left, it's one of the cleanest locations I have been to. Liliana deserves a raise she truly works hard

We always choose to drive a bit further to this McDonald’s location because it’s consistently clean, the food is always hot and fresh, and the service is top-notch. Sandra, in particular, is always so kind and welcoming she truly makes every visit a pleasant experience. It’s rare to find a fast food spot that feels this well-run and cared for. Highly recommend this location!

That one Cameroonian guy whos always poking his lips out took 5 years to give me my frappe that was sitting in front of his face for hours. Fire him. My hefty girl that’s always there she’s always on point I love her make her the owner
Ordered via Uber. Always come with a missing item or items. Food cold and soggy as always. If you have to go here, don't order late at night as the food giving to you is mistreated much worse. Food is mid maybe during the daytime. Just stay far away from this one. Hot garbage

I've come to this McDonald's for a few years now being it's closest to where I lived. This place somehow cannot get the orders right, I've had maybe a handful of times where they get my order right and complete. Usually they'll mix up orders and more often than not there will be entire items missing. It's extra crazy because this location is much more expensive than other ones on US1 or in neighboring areas. The service here is non-existent or rude. The bathrooms rarely have the hand soap filled and somehow they've even missed this entire drip of blood coming down the front of the baby changing station. Gross.
Thankfully I'm moving and won't be coming here anymore.

This place is clean, has a soda fountain so you can actually refill your cups unlike other newer locations, and the food is good.
While it does get a little crazy at busy times, they will happily correct any mistakes made.
This is a well managed McDonald’s that excels above other locations.
