Terrible customer service at this McDonald’s tonight. They gave me an incomplete order, ignored the customer who received my items by mistake, and treated me with sarcasm when I tried to fix it. I won’t return to this location.

Ordered food, driver said staff was goofing off as well as not attending her. Horrible overall experience. Been dining here for years and haven’t had a problem until now, this has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Everytime I order door dash breakfast at 4am they tell the drivers breakfast doesn’t start until 5am and then when 5am hits they cancel my order . When I go thru the drive thru at 4:30 they say they are closed until 5am bunch of lazy rude workers at this location horrible service

came up to the window at 3 AM. They denied us service. Asked us if we had a mobile order, we said no, so they said that they were closed. Meaning, that if they were open, they would have been able to fulfill my order. A woman came onto the mic, speaking to us aggressively and refused to take our order and refused to give her name. a young man came onto the mic to apologize and make excuses for her. today on sunday october 12, 2025 at 3am, i am writing this review so that her superiors can see it.

Drive thru, ordered Pumpkin Spice Latte, got a latte, no pumpkin, no spice, no sugar, no whipped cream, had to return. They made it again with 0% sweetness. Third time, it finally tasted PSL. So sad. Nice enough manager. I don't get it, though. Chicken strips were awesome. Gold sauce, upgraded honey mustard to me. Okay, not special.

This store has very nice friendly employees and the food use to be so fresh to order up until about two months ago. Since then, it’s been a nightmare every visit due to some drive thru problem, stale old fries, and I just received a patty that seemed to be weirdly dry and slightly hard. This location is closer to me but I may start doing that extra drive to another McDonald’s to ensure the quality of my order is met.

Horrendous customer service. I came to pick up a simple 6 piece and 4 piece nugget meal for counter pickup and the manager with no people in the dining room told me to go to the drive thru even when the app clearly states counter because it was “faster” I highly doubt it was faster with cars being lined up outside in the street blocking traffic lady. With all due respect she need to open her eyes and actually want to work instead of shooing people away because she doesn’t want to hand a simple item to the counter when I clearly went inside for a reason. Hope McDonald’s does something about this
Mc Donalds is Mc Donalds they have evolved, with a modern look and clean areas. There are some better than others but went to few looking for the newest toy craze. They ones I visited the servers went out of their way to help me locate the numbers I needed. They're numbered. So kudos to excellent customer service & my order was perfect also no wrong items.
