I was in this place on Friday, the man who works has very bad form, I had to wait for him to serve his ice cream and when I went to order mine he told me that there was no more, this has happened to me several times, the product is cold potatoes with a bad taste after waiting for a long time with only one car in front of me they don't want to work they do it to see if one leaves even if you complain it's okay it will be the manager's family because this has happened to me for many months no I will go more because problems must be avoided. That tall man has a bad manner and treats you with great confidence that nothing will happen to him. What a shame, this place is disgusting with attention.

Bad service, I was there on Friday around 2:00 am I placed my order and when I got to pay there was no product, I complained to the boy who was inside and he disrespected me and we started an argument, the same thing happened to me the previous week and I would believe It's personal, that's why I don't recommend it, people like this shouldn't work there.

Worst customer service ever. I don't expect much from fast food restaurants but the workers in this location are just miserable. The older woman with glasses working the drive through taking orders tonight was completely out of line. How are you going to be angry at me because you don't understand English. How are you going to put someone to take orders that isn't bilingual.
This McDonald’s has to be one of the worst McDonald’s. Save yourself the time and go anywhere else. Horrible customer service!!! Last time I went all they said on the drive thru was if I was using the app. I said not and spend a minute there with no response. I drove to the window and they signaled that they were closed. This had happened several times at this location. Never coming back.

I went to eat there last night at around 9:00 p.m. The dining room was a mess I only found one table that was clean, when I got my double quarter pounder with cheese it was cold plus it looks like the meat was not cooked all the way The french fries were also cold and old.
