During a pit stop for food at this particular McDonald's restaurant, we had a big order for a number of people. Whenever I get food from a fast food place, I usually will ask for the all the food to be cooked fresh and I don't mind waiting. Honestly, most of the time fast food restaurants don't listen l care because it's a fast food place. I understand that fact; I'm not looking for Keg quality meals at McDonald's, or expecting a very fresh meal all the time I go to a fast food place. However, who wants a Filet o' Fish that's cold? Furthermore, the employees assembling the sandwich couldn't take the 2 seconds to line up the bun, cheese, sauce and fish. Especially now that a McDonald's combo is now a good $15. It's time for fast food restaurants to step up their game with increasing prices. This McDonald's restaurant listened to me when I asked for everything to be freshly made. I did wait. But to get everything fresh and properly made is totally worth that wait. Even the coffee was good when I've had coffee from other locations that was terrible. The employees were cordial, nice. I wouldn't say they were jumping for joy, but they did their jobs properly. The atmosphere gets a 3. The 3 isn't necessarily bad. It means that the restaurant was clean enough, looked nice enough, and you didn't feel like you were in a dusty, dirty fast food restaurant. Kind of like a satisfactory review. It was the bare minimum, but there was nothing wrong with the atmosphere. I would visit this location again if needed based upon just how the staff actually listened to my requests and for good service. You can trust this location.

They sit there talking crap and gossiping about Cuba Pero they don’t wanna focus on the food and when you ask them they roll their eyes and give you your bag with attitude and STILL miss food in the bag So you have to come all the way back and ask for the missing food , they don’t apologize they just toss you a bag with the food in it

Well, I just finished exercising riding my mountain bike at the park and I worked up on appetite so I go to McDonald’s. I ordered a bacon cheese quarter pounder and pay $11.68 For the combo when I received it, it must’ve been a sloppiest quarter pounder I’ve ever seen in my life and adding fuel to the fire, it didn’t have bacon, so I walked back in thinking they would make me another one. They gave me three pieces of bacon that looked like three pieces of leather hard as a rock.!!!!!!! The teenagers serving these burgers need to get retrained. This was absolutely unacceptable. I will not be eating at McDonald’s for a very long time. These are not the kids of the 1980s or 1990s. It is 2025 and these teenagers don’t care they barely go to school because this is the world that we live in now this had to have been the most disgusting fast food I have ever had in my life and I’m 62 years old.

This McDonald’s 9 out of 10 times gives me the wrong order, once I go through it (open the burger wrapping and examine the items) and realize it’s not mine I give it back and I watch them grab the same bag and give it to the next person. It is disgusting and unsanitary. This is the closest McDonalds to me and still it’s about a 20min drive each way. So you can imagine how upsetting it is to get home and realize you have multiple items missing. My options are to drive another 40min total to get my missing items or call it a lost. The food is over priced for the quality of service being provided. So not only did I over pay for this food but I also got robbed by their staff not providing the food that I paid for.

One Star. I’m honestly done with this McDonald’s. They forgot my 10 piece chicken nuggets, AGAIN. God forbid I’m in a rush. That was the only reason I even stopped by. What’s worse is they always make me pull out of the drive-thru line and wait, even when there’s no one behind me. It’s like they intentionally waste your time.
And the attitude? Rude and careless. No apology, no urgency, no customer service at all. It’s like they’re annoyed you even showed up. I’ve had enough. This location needs serious management changes because right now, it’s a complete joke.

The worst place i have ever order from. I said no ice in my drinks . They give me ice and then I asked them to remove the ice. them they give me thr cup almost half empty. They get my order wrong i complain and the attitude i get from this Cuban lady was the worst service I have ever got. I feel like this have spit in my food and drink . Never i will come here again. I had to remove all the ingredients from the burger . No ketchup no sauce . I DO MEAN THE SERVUCE AND ATTITUDE I GOT MAKES ME NEVER COME TO MCDONALD'S AGAIN

Every time I order from here, on uber eats, they dont put in the sauces even though im paying for each one. On top of that my food always tastes weird, if i put extra whatever on a product they’ll give me less than the regular amount. Whoever the manager is here needs to start paying attention to what these employees are doing smh

I have sat more than once in one of the drive thru lanes as 2-3 cars orders are taken in the other lane. I try to talk to the speaker and no one takes my order. This has happened repetitively and I have to go to the window for them to take my order and for them to be rude.
