Every time I order from here, on uber eats, they dont put in the sauces even though im paying for each one. On top of that my food always tastes weird, if i put extra whatever on a product they’ll give me less than the regular amount. Whoever the manager is here needs to start paying attention to what these employees are doing smh

I have sat more than once in one of the drive thru lanes as 2-3 cars orders are taken in the other lane. I try to talk to the speaker and no one takes my order. This has happened repetitively and I have to go to the window for them to take my order and for them to be rude.

One of the drive thru lanes is not working or no one is working it, but they don't tell you. Just a line of people waiting to get to the front, just to yell hello a bunch and then find out that no one is taking their order. Starting my work day hungry I guess.

I just finished a 30 day clens where I couldn’t eat almost anything. So first day all I wanted was my McDonalds nuggies with Ranch, Buffalo and Sweet and Sour Sauce to get the full flavor experience. Worker at the window not only was extremely rude but said she had all the sauce in the bag, get home to no sauce other than “tangy bbq”…. Which no one likes. McDonald’s at this location is awful and I don’t recommend it. Go a few miles down the road and get the sauces you want!

Just so everyone is aware. Ice cream machine goes down at 4am every day! The app will still allow you to order through the app even so. Then. Make sure you dont get ripped off. Because I ordered a caramel sundae PLUS fudge PLUS oreos and was given a SMALL caramel frappe in its place that equates to a dollar less than what I originally ordered. A MEDIUM would have equated. THANKS MCDONALDS!!! 😡
