Great improvement from before. I would appreciate fewer disruptions from the homeless sleeping inside or waiting outside. Overall the look is elegant.Parking: If you are going during a Heat game good luck. With Miami dade college students taking up mostly the parking and construction sites always happening parking is horrible. Bring extra money for the garage or park somewhere else and take the metro rail.

Terrible service. I study at MDC just in front of this place, and every single time I order my Frappe it takes soo long that sometimes I have to go without my drink.

Terrible service. Went there because my 5 year old was hungry. Got her a happy meal and a extra hamburger plain with ketchup. They forgot her milk and waited 20 minutes for an order. You cant talk to anyone and the one wearing the white shirt who imagine is incharge seems to show 0 responsibility. If this is normal just go to a sitdown restaurant, food will take just as long and youll get better service.

The service is very slow and the self-service boxes did not work well, I think the staff collapses at night and everything is slower. Very delicious food! They could be nicer! come with patience.

If you order food, watch them! They will leave it on the counter IN THE BACK where you can't grab it until you start complaining that you haven't got your food because its been an hour, and then you'll get cold food.... this has happened a lot of times to a lot of people. They will also mess your order up, which is normal, but when you ask them to fix it, they'll mess that up, too.I have also never gotten decent service. I asked for ketchup once, and apparently, I was asking for too much because all I got was an eye roll and had to ask another person.Dietary restrictions: If you're on a diet, why are you looking at McDonald's? Unless it's the get fat diet. They did help me gain 40 pounds. (I was severely underweight)
