This McDonald’s drive thru has 2 LANES but they only seem to acknowledge 1 (left side) so if you ever visit this place , dont make the same mistake I did of choosing the right lane drive thru because they had me and everyone behind me waiting for 15mins, after waiting for that long i simply left . I dont know if they do it on purpose because they just kept saying GIVE ME ONE SECOND. Last visit was on 11/30 at 2:30am . So whoever was working that day , DO BETTER . SHAME ON YOU!

Elderly gentleman, disrespectful and provocative when delivering orders, several colleagues have the same opinion that I am not talking about the work group in general but rather about the older gentleman who dispatches the orders to the Uber, bad manners, mistreatment, offenses and insults, very little. professional to go to that place you have to think carefully and with such up to 10 so as not to have problems with him all this comment is for him not for any other employee thank you

This is literally the fifth time asking for a Big Mac meal Light Mac sauce and Extra lettuce and my Big Mac is always drenched in Mac sauce , I’ve had to in two different occasion go back to the store after getting home and have them make my sandwich remade . It’s sad cause the small petite team leader or manager didn’t even apologies . Fixed the issue but not even a sorry . Today September 22 my Big Mac was made wrong and two days ago on the 20 it was made wrong again , please let’s have people who can actually takes the time to read the screen and know what they are reading , Or atleast teach these non English speaker how to read a simple order off the screen . its sucks having to go through drive thru and still have to get down to get my order made correctly . Why have a fast drive thru lane , where you basically wait no time in your food , it’s pretty quick for the most part but making food incorrectly . And then you get a mad manager or bothered manager for going back to get it made correctly .
