The girl that was giving me the bag is a little slow because it was raining and she was trying to tell me to take my windshield wipers off when that wouldn’t affect anything. I had my window down ready to grab the bag but she held it trying to tell me that while it was actively raining really hard. My whole panel got wet I hope she thinks more critically in the future

It’s taken quite a bit of years of negative star worthy service and quality to finally write this review. Without exaggeration, I’ve been to this location at least 30 times. They’ve gotten my order wrong almost every single time, even when I point out the part they got wrong last time, it’s like it was never said. I took someone to this location that swore that McDonalds chicken nuggets are tasty. They were immediately disappointed. The order today was wrong, and while it shouldn’t come as a surprise, enough is enough. Convenience is the only, sole, reason for stopping at this location. It’s horrible.

I ordered coffee. They leave it sitting for hours so its bitter and not tasty. I had to ask 3x to perk fresh coffee. It should be made fresh and nor recycled, cold and then rejrsted w frother.

Great staff. Love em! Runs very efficiently, essentially NEVER slow, within reason.
Food was good, all staff but one was nice and respectful. Herman who flashed his name tag to quickly to be read, was being rude and very hostile. Didn’t “hear” my request for sauce. The only reason I knew his name was for the fact that a separate younger employee had to be asked for it. Usually I can ignore people like him but he makes it hard to do so.
