A few weeks ago I went to the lady who helps with the cleaning, a lady with very short hair, a deity! I dropped my potatoes on the floor and he was super nice.

Spend your money at any other McDonalds or fast food location other than this one. Drive through is normally a long wait and food is either incorrect or rushed out and sloppy. Today I went inside to make sure my order was taken correctly, I stood at the register watching the staff talk and laugh for minutes as I waited. Finally I was attended to by a staff member who clearly was irritated that I dared to interrupt their conversation. I’d have said something to management, but as they were a part I figured I’m better off just not returning. Not a location worth supporting.
I had a great experience at McDonald's! My son received a Happy Meal toy he already had, and the staff kindly allowed me to switch it. ???

I made a small mistake a medium order of fries at the wrong location . I kindly asked the person at the drive thru if she would honor it for me since it was just an ordered of fries . She yelled at me and said NO ! That she would be responsible for paying for it . I’m not sure who’s managing this place and why people think it’s okay to treat customers that way. I recently moved to the area and will make sure that none of my friend’s ,family go to this McDonald’s location . Lost me and my family as customers FOREVER .

This was the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had to deal with. First off I couldn't order what I wanted on the kiosk. I tried getting a worker's attention but they were all pretty busy in the kitchen and basically ignored me for a good 10 minutes. I knew I shouldn't have gone to McDonald's for lunch because the food is obviously not the healthiest but I was in a hurry and I thought they would be quick. But they were not only not quick they completely disregarded me and another gentleman. We patiently waited for another few minutes until the lady I had been flagging down came over and told us we had to order through the kiosk. The gentleman waiting next to me said he needed to pay in cash and I told her what I wanted was not letting me pick it at the kiosk. I thought I must be in the Twilight Zone! This cannot be happening. What had the world come to where I cannot even order food. It was the most asinine experience in my life! I will definitely not be taking my money here anymore. Not sure where McDonald's thinks it's ok to treat their customers this way but it is unacceptable!! To not be able to order food at a register is ridiculous. Get it together McDonald's.
