Chicken sandwich was burnt. I requested sauce with my 10 piece nuggets I got no sauce. It was raining really heavy so I opened my window at the drive through and quickly glanced at my items I couldn't really check.

I came to this McDonald's because it was closer to my house. I used to come here a lot through the drive-thru, but the service was getting bad, so I stopped coming. I came in the other day with my daughter, and I ordered and put the table number on the order; the table was empty. They started calling a number, but since I put a table number, I thought they were going to bring it to me. It passed like 5 minutes until they decided to call me again. By that time, my food was already cold, and the restaurant was empty. I believe if you add a service to deliver food to your table, you should execute it.

This McDonald's is incapable of getting your order correct. Every single item from our order was wrong. We ordered a couple of frappes instead we were given non mixed iced coffees like they just threw the ingredients together and handed it off. We also ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel, and instead were given an ice cold steak egg and cheese bagel which was inedible. The same situation with our Mcgriddle. We ordered a side of egg which we never received. We had also ordered a big breakfast which also was ice cold.

Terrible entry driving around this parking lot. You'll lose a solid 5 minutes or more of your time every day you come here compared to many other fast food places.
I just got done getting breakfast at this McDonald's and the food was ok but the service is horrible I order the food to be brought to me at my table and they yelled out table 38 so I could go ahead get up and get my tray from the counter then on top of all things this McDonald's has pay toilet if you want to use the restroom you need to pay to use the restrooms come on people this is not cuba where you have to pay to use the public restrooms this is illegal to do in the United States you can not restrict the use of the public restrooms
