Honestl disgusted went to McDonald’s today. Got home to open my food. Ordered four piece chicken nuggets just to see this honestly This is Disgusting I called the place and they sounded like this is not a surprise. Looking at these reviews should’ve known better disgusting place.

Fast great used to be awesome service I have had multiple issues at this location recently with orders being done wrong and just now I got my mc crispy chicken which I ordered with no pickles yet I I can taste the juices from pickles being previously put on only to be removed so they could make the sandwich faster I worked in the food biz was always taught any request for no tomatoes pickles onions whatever it may be should be treated as potential allergies which in my case I get acid reflux instantly from pickles I'm extremely allergic to it even the smell makes me throw up on top of that there are some very rude people working here and some who are managers but can't even speak English yet I speak in Spanish and they still don't do things right this place needs a full sweep of better employees they take forever to serve you on top of that not even anything else you need there are very few long time employees who are awesome like the manager with red hair and tats she has always been wonderful I cannot remember her name but she is a grand example of what service should be and the manager at drive thru was much more nicer than the blonde cashier at drive thru no etiquette or care for the customers I think some of the people who make the orders should be tested of how they read the orders because multiple times my order has been done wrong. This McDonald's is going down hill the one on 8th Street is always packed at drive thru I wonder why that is.

Had a discrepancy with a free sandwich coupon. The manager thought I was cheating the system, I wasnt--- he still honored the coupon. It was nice of him.

Chicken sandwich was burnt. I requested sauce with my 10 piece nuggets I got no sauce. It was raining really heavy so I opened my window at the drive through and quickly glanced at my items I couldn't really check.

I came to this McDonald's because it was closer to my house. I used to come here a lot through the drive-thru, but the service was getting bad, so I stopped coming. I came in the other day with my daughter, and I ordered and put the table number on the order; the table was empty. They started calling a number, but since I put a table number, I thought they were going to bring it to me. It passed like 5 minutes until they decided to call me again. By that time, my food was already cold, and the restaurant was empty. I believe if you add a service to deliver food to your table, you should execute it.
