Every time I come to this McDonald's to use the bathroom, it's out of service. Three different times that I have come there. Can't wash my hands. I have to leave and go somewhere else. Very dissapointment issue that restaurant is having.
Manager Ventura was very hostile. Would not make my ice coffee to my specifications. Very rude

This McDonald on Bird rd. and 79th ave. has always served hot food! Not like the other McDonalds that give you warm food, like the fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets.

Not earned 5 stars this time. Signs on the register direct you to the Kiosk but the kiosk is not offering the seniors discount. Ended up paying $20 for two breakfast and the eggs weren't good.
