So me and my boyfriend went out for lunch and this McDonald’s itself didn’t looked packed until we both went inside. All the seats were packed and they still had customers waiting for their food. So anyways we ordered from the kiosk but it didn’t give us the receipt but whatever. Mind you it’s freezing cold and they still had more and more customers coming in. We got there around 3ish and we wait half hour for our food only to find out that our food was sitting there and no one has bothered calling numbers whatsoever. My boyfriend asked one of the workers what order number 850 was missing and that was our food and he just ignored us. All of the workers who are “trying” to make it work, they weren’t even making it work. Drive thru wasn’t even busy but somehow inside the fast food it was. This McDonald’s also has a side door with a handicap sign but anyone can use that door. We tried to go in and the door was locked, Spanish lady said to go around for the other entrance. So as soon as we got our food, the same door that we tried to use, another person opened door. So as soon as we left, the stupid Spanish lady unlocked the door and I’m just like baffled with the amount of stupidity that they have here. I asked my bf to ask the people if I can get a small takeout bag and the cashier took her sweet time getting a takeout bag and still managed to get the cup of water and we didn’t even ask for that. If I can give this place zero stars I would because this place is terrible. The workers are slow and half of them don’t even know what they are doing.

I took my kids for breakfast, but couldn't find a place to sit because 50% of the tables were closed. Also, the rest of the tables were used by homeless people using a whole table putting their belongings on top. Don't take your family to this place since everyday is pack with homeless and people asking you for money. The people in front desk are amazing but the only problem this place has is that every day the cleaning lady closes half of the tables and there's no place to sit as well as homeless. I recommend to do the cleaning earlier and put some security cause there's people the whole day asking for money. NEVER coming back again.

My first visit to this McDonald’s was in the drive-thru, and it really scared me—a man hiding in the bushes near the speakers suddenly popped out and asked me for money. There’s a camera, so the staff had to know he was there, but they did nothing. On my second and third visits, I went inside, and a different man asked me for money both times, again right in front of the staff. During my third visit, it took 20 minutes to place my order and another 20 to get my food. When I finally got someone to help me, they called the manager, but instead of asking about the issue, the manager questioned if the employee helping me was on break. The food was good every time, but the experience has been disappointing and unprofessional.

Ryan & an older lady was refusing me refills ! She had a big fit and started talking loud and having an attitude! I work at a construction site right next to it . So she probably thought I came here multiple times . Either way it’s A FREE REFILL POLICY! I never heard McDonald stop giving refills ! This is the lady below !

Terrible service, I was waiting for an hour to finally tell me that it was closed and the workers saw me and I was trying to communicate with them and they acted like they didn't see me. I don't recommend them at all during the hours after 12 or more than 5 cars waiting lousy lousy lousy especially the customer service reminded me of the country where I left lousy don't even come
