Love coming to this McDonald’s. Drive-thru is fast and always gets my order right. Love it especially because of the pricing compared to other McDonald’s in the area.

No way this place Has 3.5 rating Way too high more like 1.5 this is the closest one to my area therefore, when you’re feeding for the golden arches is the only one to go to lobby is always disgusting homeless people inside there should be security here. The machine tells you to take a table tent, but they never have the tents it gives you no receipt what’s the point of the whole system if you’re not going to use the table tents service 👎👎👎👎👎 🗑️

What a horrible experience. purchased 2 meals (nuggets). Got home, did not receive the 2 large fries or any sauce requested. only got the (2) 10 pcs and soda. Not to mention the place was so dirty. i used to come here when i was a child and brought so much memories. Can’t believe the owner or staff have allowed this place to get like this. the blonde girl at drive thru with glasses is not nice at all. I said good evening not a smile not a hello, how sad!

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this McDonald’s really missed the mark. The fries were cold, the nuggets were not only cold but soggy, and to top it off they didn’t even have Coke Zero. I settled for a Diet Coke, which was mediocre at best. The dining area was dirty, and there was a homeless man walking around begging for food while employees seemed unbothered. Overall, a very disappointing experience — I don’t think Ronald would appreciate this. 🤡

Came for a bite and for the restroom. Door was locked and had to be personally opened by the employees with a key and I had to order first to use the bathroom. When I finished ordering. I asked if they can open the door woman asked if I order which of course I did that’s why I’m asking the second time. Took a while to actually open the door. No soap in the bathroom🤢. When I get my phone forgot to put my sauces in the bag when I placed my order. One of the employees start cleaning where I’m eating. Saying excuse me so I can move my feet so she can finish cleaning. Good that she was polite but I think it’s disrespectful while im eating. I didn’t like this visit at all and first coming here and never again.

So McDonald's on West Flagler is not only locking the customers out of the restrooms, but they are also embarrassing. The customers by I going to the register in front of everybody in McDonald's and asking. Has this person paid to be able to use the restroom? So if you have children that need to go to the restroom before you order if you need to wash your hands before you order so you can be clean while you eat in your food this McDonald's. It will refuse you and then when you say something about it, not being right. They tell you they won't want to take your order anymore. This, this is a health hazard to the customers. This is costing money to McDonald's mcd. Onald's McDonald's because personally I had been buying from McDonald's and I was going to buy McDonald's now. I have receipts to prove that I have purchased every day from this. Same McDonald's almost every night for the past 2 months. And because I wanted to wash my hands and use. They took me to the front of the restaurant in front of everybody in the restaurant and ask if I paid to use the rest drew yet. Hello, McDonald's. This is how they are running the store and this is how they are treating your customers. If you don't buy enough, you can't even use the restroom. And I hope you are not a.person that likes to wash their hands.. I was going to order but I didn't want to eat without clean hands

So me and my boyfriend went out for lunch and this McDonald’s itself didn’t looked packed until we both went inside. All the seats were packed and they still had customers waiting for their food. So anyways we ordered from the kiosk but it didn’t give us the receipt but whatever. Mind you it’s freezing cold and they still had more and more customers coming in. We got there around 3ish and we wait half hour for our food only to find out that our food was sitting there and no one has bothered calling numbers whatsoever. My boyfriend asked one of the workers what order number 850 was missing and that was our food and he just ignored us. All of the workers who are “trying” to make it work, they weren’t even making it work. Drive thru wasn’t even busy but somehow inside the fast food it was. This McDonald’s also has a side door with a handicap sign but anyone can use that door. We tried to go in and the door was locked, Spanish lady said to go around for the other entrance. So as soon as we got our food, the same door that we tried to use, another person opened door. So as soon as we left, the stupid Spanish lady unlocked the door and I’m just like baffled with the amount of stupidity that they have here. I asked my bf to ask the people if I can get a small takeout bag and the cashier took her sweet time getting a takeout bag and still managed to get the cup of water and we didn’t even ask for that. If I can give this place zero stars I would because this place is terrible. The workers are slow and half of them don’t even know what they are doing.
