Not busy in the lobby yet waited around 15min for a deal-order, and when given it wasn’t a McDouble but a cheeseburger. Somehow it took long to get my order but the staff had time to come up and greet 3 different people (friends?) while I waited.

In the morning, they say that the mocchiato machine is broken, but it’s been more than 2 weeks like that. I doubt it is broken because the business owner would have ordered to fixed it or change it. I’m sure they don’t do it in order not to clean the machine later. Also, when taking orders at the drive thru, they are always pressuring you and hurrying you up even when there is no line of cars waiting. That stress me out a lot!

Terrible customer service, they had me waiting 30 minutes for some medium and bland potatoes, also in my order the items were scattered everywhere in the bag and 15 more minutes to heat up my cookies and the drive thru does not advance to order a mcflurry either for my sister. Thank you for your time

They forget half of your order all the time. How hard is it to read a ticket and make sure the items in the bag are correct? I've gotten so many door dash refunds from this place.
