I was more frustrated with the manager, I believe his name was Ever. He saw me walking inside upset because I was waiting for someone to drop off my food outside. Didn't apologize for making me wait 15 min and just gave me my food. Quite disappointed!

We went to this location to have breakfast on April 14, we require extra cup , the cashier said need pay for it, when we start to have food , found out no napkin, no forks……we required again, they demand us to see “please” and beg them to give us these supplies.Their actions have greatly infringed upon the rights of consumers. McDonald’s please give a reasonable explanation.

I came to this McDonald's restaurant regularly, and this morning I came to order a big breakfast with coffee. When my order was ready on the table, I asked for an extra paper cup, but was told by a lady paper cups were not for free. When I questioned how much an extra paper cup cost, a second lady gave it to me anyway. Then I found no napkins were provided on my food trey, I went back to the counter saying I need napkins, then the same lady stared at me saying please. The staff in this McDonald's restaurant didn't provide good customer services in the first place, but lectured customers to say please in any circumstances. Obviously, customers come here to pay for being lectured even if a trouble or a bad service is created by them! Anyway, I don't think the management here really cares about customer reviews as they never replied...

I’m a little late with this review but I came down to this McDonald’s after the zoo with my cousins about a little over a week ago and went through the drive thru. We was in an Uber though so we was in a rush but they forgot to give us 2 of our sandwiches and gave me a rotten unsweet tea with ice instead of sweet tea with no ice. It was too late to turn around but I do think they need to start paying attention. Like we paid for this and for them to forget to give us our some of our food and old drinks is just annoying. It’s like they are trying to penny chip off of other people.

I really like this McDonald's. It is always very clean, the staff is very friendly and kind. The Manager was very attentive, my son did not like the toy and he was very kind and exchanged it for me without any problem and with good attention ? the park was clean and in good condition so that the children could have a good time.

They got our orders wrong, almost missed a whole meal (had to remind them) and forgot our straws.
My husband went to get us some breakfast and had such a horrible experience with whoever was there in the drive thru. The employee made him wait 7-10 mins for ketchup and syrup, rolling her eyes the entire time, giving a horrible attitude. Just not giving any kind of customer service, no name tag and when we asked her name we were told they weren’t authorized to give that information.
