It's been a shame what we've received. They haven't done a single thing right. I don't think it's that difficult to package three hamburgers correctly. I ordered two Double Quarter Pounders, but I got one single and one double, with only the burgers and cheese, and a Mac crispy that was smashed and looked horrible. The chicken burger tasted like fish. It's embarrassing to pay $55 for this trash.

Take for ever to give food and are just messing around. I ordered a simple meal and they took 15+ minutes and that manager was care free and was disrespectful. Along side that they messed up my meal which was a 5$ meal. Would not recommend going to this mcdonalds.

If I can give a zero I would. I am coming to have some dessert on a Thursday Night at 10:30 and An employee comes to the front and says to her other employees to close the front doors so she doesn’t have to keep cleaning up after people like a “pendeja”. Super rude and out of place she didn’t think to even whisper it yelling it across the lobby. She came to our table to put the seat back up while we are eating our ice cream basically closing off our table. We asked her if it’s a problem that we are here and she said as long as you don’t dirty my floor. Just coming to have a little dessert date and she completely ruined it.

They charged me for a cheeseburger and never gave it to me, make sure to check the order before leaving

Always closing menu early when im on time manager offered a boot- leg pair of eggs cause she cant go and cook it herself wasted my time by trying to twist up my order when people have to go to work . You people need to get it together no wonder your stuck at minimum wage you can never give people the food they pay for correctly

I genuinely love this Mc Donald's, I work crazy hours and sometimes need to grab late dinner and the service is always good, fast and the food is fresh, no soggy fries or bad burgers.
They actually do everything in the moment, and the workers always pretty cool to talk to
