They have cancelled delivery orders on me a few different times now due to “not being able to fulfill”. Apparently not an isolated issue since I see other reviews saying the same thing.

No matter the time of day, you will wait atleast 20 minutes in the drive through. I write this as i placed my order 13 minutes ago and I’m not even halfway. They are so slow i don’t get it.

Second time we ordered food from this McDonald’s through Ubereats and first time the order was cancelled because the “order could not be fulfilled” and we had to ask for a refund, and now we are missing items from our order. We have all uninstalled the Ubereats app and suggest that McDonald’s begin using a more reliable delivery service!!!

09/04/2025 4:30 pm, kiosk not giving order receipts. Person at the front was advised to fix problem, since multiple customers were confused. She decided to go over every item in everyone's orders and remember what they ordered. A nightmare of yelled numbers and conf7sed customers faces
