Every time we go to buy here I have to return the Shake because every time I ask for it they give it to me, it is daily that I go since I live on the same corner where it is located and I have a 3 year old child who only takes It is Hay's vanilla Shake and the chips with the 4 chicks, the chips are almost always given without temperature, that is, all the products have a certain time and if it has not been sold they have to throw it away and fry it again or cook it again , It is a lack of respect when the public asks for a child's meal to at least make sure that everything is in good condition, since it is a child who is going to consume it and excitedly asks for food and that when it arrives the house cannot be eaten. I ordered through my phone as I always do. Then, my husband went to pickup the order, as we always do and he was denied the service. I called them up, but they wanted me to drive there and show my physical phone. We have been doing this for a long time and now feel disrespected . I feel as we, who are regular and elderly customers were treated as delinquents. I hope they don’t charge me now (they said they won’t when I called)
