I would put zero. But it's not an option. I went to get curbside pick up. Waited almost 45 minutes. As I saw all the cars go drive thru and leave. If they get to busy. Especially at certain times of day. Its understandable. But they shouldn't offer a service they cant keep up with. I lost my points and my food bc I couldn't wait any longer. And nowadays. The cashiers dont even pay attention to you as you walk in. So I didnt waste more time and left. Won't be coming back here ever

I ordered food in the mobile app and when I arrived the employee told the drive thru line they were closing early .. it was not the time the restaurant closes. And they did not refund my money … just took my money , told us to leave and deal with it through our banks … rude terrible service and I never got my money back

Horrible service , waiting for more 15 minutes for a curve side pickup, ti was a little rain so I got inside the store and they told me that when is raining they do not take any food out so I ask them where in the app. Said that ??? If they don’t want to do it when is raining they should put it I. The app so is the customer option to wait or do drive through!! Food was cold !! Very disappointed with this location!!

Best when it comes to getting an excellent meal for an excellent price. When you're in need of lunch or dinner this place has plenty of options to choose from. People are pretty alright and the place itself is no doubt modern in design and suitable in color.
No orange juice,ordered a bagel with egg,bacon and cheese. Bread was not fresh,bacon was missing.

Every time we go to buy here I have to return the Shake because every time I ask for it they give it to me, it is daily that I go since I live on the same corner where it is located and I have a 3 year old child who only takes It is Hay's vanilla Shake and the chips with the 4 chicks, the chips are almost always given without temperature, that is, all the products have a certain time and if it has not been sold they have to throw it away and fry it again or cook it again , It is a lack of respect when the public asks for a child's meal to at least make sure that everything is in good condition, since it is a child who is going to consume it and excitedly asks for food and that when it arrives the house cannot be eaten. It is not the money but the enthusiasm of that child, if they work providing customer service and more with something that is as delicate as food they should be more careful, and if I put this review because it has not been 3 or 5 times now The same thing has happened to me and they will say that Go to someone else, well, no, because it is the one closest to me and what they have to do is do the job well because the money is not wasted, so please, I am calling on all the people who have had a problem and for them to say so.
