Place a mobile order, sat in the drive-through. Nothing indicated the store was closed, so I drove up to the window. The workers clearly see cars are driving up to the window, and we must all be invisible, because not one of them were acknowledged, including myself. The least they can do is say they’re closed or they’re having issues with the restaurant. Not just ignore it customers.Not only that I purchased through the app and the only way to get a refund is returning tomorrow to cancel the order. Ridiculous.

I used the drive thru on 10/02/23 at 9:05 pm, ordering a fish sandwich. I should've known there would be a problem when I could hardly hear the employees response to my order due to the loud music playing in the background from inside. I drove around to the second window, paid $5.23 and received my order. Upon arriving home, I opened the bag to discover I had been given (3) chocolate chip cookies! I attempted to call and requested to speak to a manager and was quickly hung up on by an employee. I called back numerous times and was either hung up on or was placed on hold for an exorbitant period of time. I did attempt to file a complaint online with McDonalds Corporate office, but unfortunately because most stores are privately owned, they suggest speaking to the owner, I guess I just lost $5.23 These days they'll hire anyone who can walk and talk but not necessarily at the same time. To say this was my first and last visit at this location goes without saying; after reading the reviews of other McDonald stores in the general area, the best thing to do is avoid these dumps completely in the future! The one star was needed to make this post but in my opinion that star definitely was not earned....
