Just waited 20 mins in line and got home to have the most disgusting chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The chicken was so hard you couldn’t bite it or tear it apart. Didn’t eat it because it seemed foreign, like plastic chicken or something. Entirely gross. Not to mention it was thrown in the box with all pieces coming out, lettuce and GREEN tomatoes not even on the sandwich. Never going to this location ever again.

Horrible service , the girl closed the window on me immediately after giving me my food and i couldn’t asked for napkins . Apparently she was mad because a customer before me told her off for the horrible service and the 25 minute wait . Not even does an actual dine in restaurant make you wait that long . Neverrrrrr going here again . And this isn’t the first nor second time this happens to me.

Service at this location is good. The people that work there are good. The management sucks. Every time I go at night, there is never any ice cream. Don’t they know they’re supposed to provide a full menu while they’re open? The kids that worked there were very polite and handled it very well, but it’s very disappointing

I ordered a kids meal asked for an upsize of the drink and extra fries, the drink was filled 3/4 and not given the extra fries. Why am I even complaining?🤭 Same thing will happen again 😠

Really bad service. A guy was going ti help me with the cancellation of my order and I believe the manager was the woman who treated me really badly. She screamed at the man and then yelled at me instead of helping.
