I was there early morning breakfast. When you order in they give you a number and you sit down. The employee will bring the food to you. I ordered their biscuits to go they were good.

I was there last night with my autistic son. The staff are ok. They took 15mins to bring us our food and 2 only napkins. I went to ask for more napkins and was given 2 more. I asked if the napkins were being limited. As I turned to walk to my table there was a burst of laughter. Then and there I realized the immaturity of the staff.
They were a set of guys visiting the staff and were extremely loud talking maybe other staff visiting. Maybe there should b a manager at night who is over 18 and is responsible and respected.

Horrible experience at this place. Today my sister had a Smoothie and sat at the lobby for a bit while she was waiting for her daughters to get out a school in there rather than waiting on the car. No more than 30 minutes after she had a cashier coming to her telling her with an attitude that “they cant have her sitting there the whole day and that it was only to consume and go” she didn’t know how to respond to that and just left and waited at Wendys nearby instead . We have personally be going to this store for years every time before or after picking the kids from school snd never had this issue nor her or in any other McDonald’s. Is there a new police where people are not allowed to to sit at a table for certain amount of time? The was no need to be rude to a lady and store was not even busy (and I now can probably guess why). Horrible experience for a place that was supposed to make you feel like you are “loving it”. You have just lost a whole family of consumers thanks to your cashier wonderful customer service. Horrible!

I went to McDonald’s expecting to get Monopoly pieces with my order, but there were none on the packaging. When I asked the employees, they told me the game was no longer going on. I explained that according to the fine print, the Monopoly promotion was supposed to run until September 2, but they still said there were no more pieces available. It’s disappointing and confusing that McDonald’s is advertising a promotion they aren’t honoring in-store.

My 5 stars will go to GUDDY !! She’s so amazing ! She is the meaning of best customer service! She was super nice with us and with our kids ! In Miami is sometimes hard to find someone that really shows empathy for customers. God bless you Guddy and thank you !

THE WORST MCDONALD'S IN THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

I went to eat a quick breakfast with my mom there was an older man who came in after us and he ordered his food and sat down next to us. Out of nowhere someone came over and told him he had to leave because he “smelled” we were shocked because he did not smell at all he was well groomed and dressed. The man did struggle to walk and eat his food so we offered to help him and he said he was okay just taking his time and smiled he was super polite. Mind you this was someone from the back who was no where near him that made him leave. The man simply said okay I’m sorry and struggled to leave. It was disgusting to see how they treated him knowing nobody complained to them or said anything to staff they simply didn’t want him there. He paid for his food and had the right to sit down there like anyone else I will never eat or come back to this place again.

I've had some iffy experience with this McDonalds and I have given them the benefit of the doubt, but today was by far the worst. I ordered late at night for curbside pickup, several minutes before the menus switched to the breakfast menu, and drove all the way to the McDonalds. I got to the drive-through to pick up my order, since the lobby was closed, and they refused to make my order since the menu had changed. Not only did they waste my time, I have to wait 1 to 7 days for my money to be returned to purchase somewhere else AND I'm still starving.

Please please please. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache. Go somewhere, anywhere else! I placed an order for food, courier picked up via UberEats, saw the order and the fact that only one bag was given was a red flag, but before leaving courier was assured order was complete. It was not! They sent the drinks only. & before you try to blame the courier she let me search her car. I called and spoke to a guy whose you can imagine since he works where he works, to be told that the sent the whole order. Then he let it slip that he had the second bag of food. I tried to explain to this fool that I placed ANOTHER order and to please send all the bags from both orders with the next courier. It couldn’t be more simple but I guess he couldn’t compute what I was saying. Please, please, life is too short like to have to expose yourself to these employees who lack common sense, integrity and respect. Go to Wendy’s, go to Pollo Tropical… just avoid this McDonald’s like that plague that it is.
