The lady who attended me at the drive-thru this morning was super rude. She made a big stink over the fact that I requested butter for my bagel at the window rather than mentioning it through the intercom. (I had already placed the order in advance via the app and merely read out my code, as is common practice, when I pulled up.) Since when is asking for condiments at the window a crime? Two thumbs down in the service dept. for this place! Very unfriendly and unprofessional.

McDonalds If you look at the decoration and painting of this McDonalds it does not seem like it is a restaurant.

The worst McDonald's on 8th Street. Suffocating heat, no soda fountains, no napkins or sauces at the customer's hand. It is a place frequently visited by tourists so it was full of people and the air conditioning was off. All tables full of rest of the food. I wouldn't go back for anything in the world. I appreciate the managers of this place being aware of the employees who are too poorly attentive, the worst thing there is at McDonald's, I even left without eating due to the poor service, I do not recommend it.

This place needs to be inspected or closed down. I always order from here on doordash and they always giving old cold food they won’t be satisfied until somebody sue for food poisoning. This is unacceptabe.

During our trip, we absolutely wanted to eat at a McDonald's made in the USA and we chose Little Havana. And it's really funny because there are sauces and hamburgers that you only find there (Cuban hot sauce for example). Very good, clean restaurant, fast service. Top
