I recently visited Mellow Grapes with a friend, and I was absolutely blown away. This spot is a genuine hidden gem that manages to transport you instantly. The ambience is truly amazing—it feels less like a local spot and more like you’ve stepped into a cozy, chic European or New York City wine bar. The service was really good; attentive without being intrusive, which perfectly complements the relaxed setting. The food menu focuses on excellent, small-bites tapas style plates, which is perfect for sharing and sampling alongside a glass of wine. The entire place feels incredibly cozy, making it ideal for a date night or a casual catch-up. While I haven't yet experienced the live music I hear they host, I know I'll be back soon to check it out. Highly recommended!

I didn’t like the experience. The food menu is very limited and when I ordered the meat balls, the waiter suggested me to order the fried garbanzos. (his recommendation made me feel they didn’t have the meat balls or probably they were not fresh) It was early afternoon and the restaurant had just opened. Then, after I accepted to order the Garbanzos, the waiter was asking to the staff if they still had Garbanzos available for the day. That made me feel that the food is not made fresh. They simply heat it as per order. We order an Old Fashion that was horrible. It didn’t have bourbon, so it wasn’t a real Old Fashion. It was something else. We won’t come back or recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I’ve been to this establishment before for a wine tasting event but this time I came for a friend’s birthday celebration. They reserved an area of the establishment for the event. The staff placed at each table beef empanadas at the beginning of the event with an amazing sauce. The empanadas were warm and good. They also had pizza, sliders, meatballs and charcuterie boards for us to eat from and everything was delicious. The pizza that stood out was the one with dates. It was sweet and savory. Towards the end, the staff placed popcorn at each table. Every time I went to the bar to get wine, the staff ensured they provided the drinks right away. The staff also ensured the tables were kept neat as they picked up plates and glasses throughout the night. The establishment was lively with the country singer and DJ. This event made me realize that this is a great venue to celebrate any big event. I wished I would have taken pictures of the food provided but I had too much fun enjoying the night.

$100 Gift Card Purchase Money stolen.
I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Mellow grapes. I purchased a $100 gift card in good faith, expecting it to be honored like any legitimate transaction. However, not only has the gift card been completely unusable, but the company has also refused to take any responsibility or offer any kind of assistance.
After realizing the card could not be redeemed, I immediately reached out to customer support. I provided all the necessary details proof of purchase, transaction ID, and screenshots yet I received no meaningful help, no resolution, and no acknowledgment of the issue. Every attempt to communicate was either ignored and met with “I’m sorry”
To be sorry should be followed by an action to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, at this point, it’s clear that the company has effectively taken my money without delivering the promised product. That my friends is theft!!!
I’m sharing this review to warn others: do not trust this site with your money. There are plenty of reputable businesses that honor their commitments; this is clearly not one of them. Until they either honor the gift card or refund the full amount, I will continue to speak out and report this behavior. Attached please view the photos showing that their website allows gift cards up to $200 to be bought but not to be redeemed!!!!
I’ll now need to dispute this with the bank — as it is a scam.
Outstanding service, great variety of wines, and delicious charcuterie. My fiancée and I went out to Mellow Grapes to celebrate our engagement. Javier, our waiter, was very kind, knowledgeable about wines to offer us, and very well dressed up. We’ll come back next time I’m in town.

We had a reservation at 9:15 pm and we found out that they close the doors when they are full and they don't send any message informing you, you only find out when you arrive because they don't open the door for you. That is disrespectful and the service staff sees us and doesn't inform you at all.

Mellow Grapes was the perfect venue for our small bachelorette/bridal shower for my little cousin 🥹 Ramon, the owner, was so happy to accommodate us, even offering to help us put up decor when he saw us rushing to get it done on time! Making the reservation online was a breeze, done one week prior to our party date. We were able to make modifications as needed until 1 day before and it was perfect for any unexpected changes.
Our server Javier was AMAZING! He really took care of our little group and was so attentive to our needs. We also got a special, unexpected bachelorette surprise in our round of drinks which made the night 10x better! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend spending a ladies night out at Mellow Grapes. The staff will absolutely take care of you and make sure you have a blast. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! 🥰💕 we will absolutely be back.
