the customer service was great!!! mel and eva were so nice. they made my birthday experience wonderful! i recommend going, everything was super clean and if they weren’t attending customers, they were cleaning or restocking something. they were super attentive!

When we arrived, the store was dirty and unattended for the first 15 minutes. Employees were in the back talking, and when they finally came out, they didn’t even acknowledge us with a greeting. The yogurt itself had a strange texture—not the smooth and creamy consistency you’d normally expect. The toppings were messy and disorganized (understandable for a self-serve area), but the fruit was especially unappealing and honestly disgusting. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I was disappointed to find that this yogurt shop allows dogs inside. It’s not sanitary for a place that serves food, and it made the experience uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back until they change this policy.
The dog wasn’t a service dog and your employees were too busy in the back room to notice or care to ask. Thank you

This isn't my neighborhood Menchie's but I did end up here with a friend and overall it was a good experience, We went on a sunday night and it was packed - always a good sign. The staff was friendly and busy so they weren't on top of cleaning and restocking the self serve stations, but once it was brought to their attention they quickly brought us the toppings. Maybe consider having someone cleaning up periodically? Not sure if they were just under staffed. Loved my yogurt - 10/10 recommend the strawberry mango combo with some almonds and fruits.

I came in for a sweet treat today and the environment was very clean. The staff was very friendly and Manuela was super kind checking me out at the register. She was very helpful, energetic and polite upon walking in. The area was clean, definitely recommend.

Frozen Yogurt Flavors are ok, and toppings are always all over the counter, this isn’t the staffs fault in the sense that people are a mess but they should be on top of it cleaning. Staff changes periodically so I can same some visits are better than others.
Other than the actual yogurt the place is a mess, the bathroom absolutely disgusting to walk into. Tables usually sticky and no wiped down.

Menchie's ice cream is always very good. I had not gone in a while, today was no different, delicious ice cream. However, the place was extremely dirty. Toppings counter had spills all over, floors were dirty, bathroom was disgusting. Usually, I would say with Ferguson High being so close, it would probably be the high school kids. But, we are in summer, there is no school!! The lack of cleanliness makes me not want to go back.
