I came in for a sweet treat today and the environment was very clean. The staff was very friendly and Manuela was super kind checking me out at the register. She was very helpful, energetic and polite upon walking in. The area was clean, definitely recommend.

Not terrible but could be better. Prices are reasonable. Frozen Yogurt Flavors are ok, and toppings are always all over the counter, this isn’t the staffs fault in the sense that people are a mess but they should be on top of it cleaning. Staff changes periodically so I can same some visits are better than others.
Other than the actual yogurt the place is a mess, the bathroom absolutely disgusting to walk into. Tables usually sticky and no wiped down.

Not only was the froyo amazing, but Mariana and Dakota were both sweethearts and they made my entire experience that much better! I will definitely be returning!!

Menchie's ice cream is always very good. I had not gone in a while, today was no different, delicious ice cream. However, the place was extremely dirty. Toppings counter had spills all over, floors were dirty, bathroom was disgusting. Usually, I would say with Ferguson High being so close, it would probably be the high school kids. But, we are in summer, there is no school!! The lack of cleanliness makes me not want to go back.

Saturday 6/7/25 6:10pm Came in and none of the 4 employees in the front area greeted or said anything. By the time I paid the cashier wouldn’t even tell me the total. I stood there waiting and she just said “you can pay” horrible service all young kids that clearly don’t want to be here.

I gave it 2 stars because my daughters still enjoy the frozen yogurt but honestly it deserved a 1. We live in the corner and have 4 kids which love the menchies experience. Unfortunately, this will be the last time. The place looked like a war zone. Absolutely disgusting. The person working was on his phone not caring about a single thing. I get that there are people walking in and out and the place gets dirty. However, any place serving food should not be this filthy
