the customer service was great!!! mel and eva were so nice. they made my birthday experience wonderful! i recommend going, everything was super clean and if they weren’t attending customers, they were cleaning or restocking something. they were super attentive!
I was disappointed to find that this yogurt shop allows dogs inside. It’s not sanitary for a place that serves food, and it made the experience uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back until they change this policy.

This isn't my neighborhood Menchie's but I did end up here with a friend and overall it was a good experience, We went on a sunday night and it was packed - always a good sign. The staff was friendly and busy so they weren't on top of cleaning and restocking the self serve stations, but once it was brought to their attention they quickly brought us the toppings. Maybe consider having someone cleaning up periodically? Not sure if they were just under staffed. Loved...
