BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!!!
My husband and I stayed at this hotel on December 4th, 2025 before our cruise, and it was an awful experience. We found bed bugs in four different rooms between our group of couples. All of us had them.
While bed bugs can happen anywhere, the real issue was how management handled it — or rather, how they didn’t. Instead of addressing the problem, they brushed off our concerns, gas-lit us. It was shocking to see such disregard for guest safety and basic cleanliness.
This hotel clearly has an infestation problem that is not being addressed. Travelers deserve to know what they’re walking into. Until management takes this seriously, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. 👎

We arrived at 1pm with a not so warm reception. We tagged our bags to leave them so we could walk around since we were a few hours early. We were hoping maybe our room would be ready a little early, but it was the exact opposite. It is now 6pm, check in is 4pm. Our room is still not ready. No communication. No apologies. Just a card to go get a free margarita. We still have no idea when we will get our room. But we have seen dozens of other people coming in and getting straight to their rooms. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We will never be back.
Exiting to add that NATHAN is the only person who helped us while everyone else shrugged us off. Nathan was super helpful and did everything he could to make it right. Thank you for going above and beyond, Nathan!

Let me tell you... I've had a horrible experience with airlines, flights, luggage... and pretty much anything and everything with my birthday trip to Miami... THANK God I was met with Yves at the front desk of the Moxy... he's absolutely the ONLY reason for me having a smile so far on this trip. Thanks for being you! Appreciate the help getting settled in even after litterally everything has gone wrong from the start. 🤜✨️🤛💪

The food was excellent. The seafood tasted fresh and delicious. Cocktails fantastic and refreshing in the Miami heat. Service wasn't as quick as I had hoped but I'll give the leniency of the place being packed on a Friday night.

Awesome trip! So much to do, with the different levels. The rooftop is great, and Serena was wonderful, with great service from Emily and Deborah! Located close to all my old haunts (former resident). Already planning another trip!
Beautiful, upscale lounge in the heart of South Beach located inside the Moxy Hotel. My favorite venue for private events.
