The food was excellent. The seafood tasted fresh and delicious. Cocktails fantastic and refreshing in the Miami heat. Service wasn't as quick as I had hoped but I'll give the leniency of the place being packed on a Friday night.

Beautiful, upscale lounge in the heart of South Beach located inside the Moxy Hotel. My favorite venue for private events.

Best new private event space in Miami! We rented it out for my sister's 30th birthday and it was a blast. The decor is super sexy and the bar is gorgeous. Great hidden gem for any kind of private event.

Hosted a private dinner here for 60 people to celebrate my husband's birthday and had an amazing experience! Flawless service from top to bottom, food was incredible, and space was beautifully designed - perfect vibe for a lively dinner party.

Marcus and the entire staff at Mezcalista made sure my sister-in-law and myself had an amazing time. The space itself is beautifully designed the mezcal cocktails (as well as ghr complimentary shots) were incredible. Would highly recommend a night out here- you will be well taken care of.

A must for any tequila/mezcal drinker. Perfect nightcap spot after dinner. No food, only the biggest list of mezcal north of Mexico!

Tucked away inside Como Como - you actually have to go through the restaurant to get to this place. When you get there, it feels just as secretive, hidden behind velvet curtains. Lighting is perfect - warm but dim. Mezcal selection and bartenders’ knowledge is second to none. Some truly creative infusions (palo santo; damiana...). Signature cocktails are served with a shot of the mezcal they contain, so you can taste it on its own as well.

The speakeasy is located at the back of the restaurant and there isn't really any signage letting you know it's there. We like finding new and interesting places, so we routinely seek out (and find) places like this! We were very disappointed, however. First, it wasn't a busy night at all--we were the only people on the dance floor--and about half of the empty seats were reserved and it isn't ideal for larger groups. The seats remained empty during out entire stay. The music was very loud--too loud for the small venue. A small venue such as this one would be better suited with music that allows you to talk to the person across from you. If we wanted something loud we'd go a larger nightclub. Lastly, the drinks were terrible. The bartender (don't recall her name, but she was Argentine) poured them quick and weak (about 75% of the measuring shot she was using.) Didn't say anything at first, but after taking a few sips I couldn't hold in my disappointment any longer and approached her about it. Instead of perhaps apologizing, she doubled down and said that I had already started drinking it and that she used a measuring shot. 3 drinks were around $65. Poor customer service, and an underwhelming visit. The bar was pretty empty, so at least we were attended to rather quickly.

Mr. Michael the bartender is amazing. He knows how to make the perfect drink. Provide exceptional customer service. The Manager, Mr. Stribling leads by example. He set the stage for all to follow. I plan to bring all my family and friends here. We will be celebrating our best Friend birthday here in November thanks to the great service. #1 place. Highly recommended. Hidden gem!
