Miami Baked is one of those food trucks that actually lives up to the hype. The vibe is easygoing, the people are cool, and the tres leches? Fire. Super fresh, not too sweet, just right.
I had a cookie too and now I kinda regret not buying like… five more. Everything tastes homemade in the best way, and they don’t skimp on quality.
If you spot the truck, don’t overthink it — just pull up and grab something. You won’t be disappointed. I recommend this...

Soooooooo Freakiiiiing Gooooood. I recently converted (never had a sweet tooth) to the dark side and OMG. First time I inhaled the guava tres leches that my sister brought for me, then we went for the first time last week I tried the quatro leches. Seriously good stuff. I shall be there this weekend too. :)
