Highly recommend! I have been ordering from Miami Fit Box for a couple of years and they never disappoint. The meals are healthy, fresh and perfect if you are on the go but are health conscious. The shred weight loss plan is perfect to shed a few pounds or just stay in shape.

Two times the chicken was rotten… they got mad at us saying something. Now we found human hair cooked into the food. We have a video of the hair we found as well as a human hair coming out of the cooked meat… as in the hair was cooked into the meat.

Tried the food first time two days ago and i was surprised with quality-price ratio. Bought my meals from Elev8tion Fitness in south beach to try out before i commit. Steak was on point with rice and green beans. Salmon was out of this world and the grilled vegetables heaven. Everything was fresh and delicious. I Will be definitely ordering on a weekly basis. I've seen discount codes, but for some reason they didn't work for me this time. I will be contacting for my first order discount as it states on your website

Love the food! My husband orders the custom meal plan and I order the weight loss meal plan. We've tried various companies out there, and by far Miami Fitbox is the BEST!!! The foods are delicious and constantly varied. Highly recommend for anyone serious about delicious healthy food. Best part of all is that not only is it healthy, but it tastes great too!!!

Would not recommend their delivery and menu overall. With Delivery, there were so many occasions where they didnt deliver or sent the food to the wrong address. There's no way to reach them (try calling and you will never get anyone. they only reply in text few hours later). This is frustrating when your waiting for delivery and no one shows up. they also never notify when deliveries are made, so you don't know when they deliver (sometimes its 5PM, sometimes 9PM...). Since the food needs to be stored in the fridge. Overall, their operations are terrible, and they blame it on the delivery companies. Food wise, the food is quite diverse, but other meal providers have larger portions and much healthier. I would not recommend using them, and switched all the delivery hiccups.

tried the food before at elevation gym. was the best meal prep i had so far in miami. customer service is slacking sometimes as they are not easy to reach. but the food is good. and make sure they don’t leave your food at the frontdesk without telling you.
