The Kendall location gives me the impression every time I go that they try to change prices and when you question anything, I'm asked if I need receipt. They pretend they don't hear it becoming even more obvious there is something not right going on there. It's been happening for years now. Corp must know but don't care by looking at these reviews. It's a shame because the food is good. Won't give it a try again. Too many tries snd just an uneasy feeling. It's not the few cents but the principal of the deceit.

Noticed an upcharge for large fries ($.50) and when asked why they upcharge me, the employee said they are instructed to sneak it in on every order and he agreed it was shady. It's not about the $.50, it's the dishonest business practices. I've frequented this spot for the last 15+ years but me and my family will no longer give them our money. Hope the $.50 was worth it.

Great fast food and good service. Their gyros are amazing and their shakes too. Manager has provided outstanding service in the past and customer service from employees has been decent. Their boneless wings are also amazing; chipotle sauce rocks.

I love Miami Grill, I’ve been going for years (back when it was Miami Subs) and I always enjoy the food but we just had the best experience at this location specifically. The staff were amazing. I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the guy who helped us to shout him out personally. He was awesome. The food was delicious as always and you can tell they make it fresh to order. I haven’t written a review in years but I just had to complement this spot because it’s on point right now. And it really comes down to the staff. You can tell they actually care about their product. 10/10 would recommend!
