I needed to use the restroom very bad because I couldn't hold it at all. I asked the lady nicely if she could open the bathroom door for me & she said the restroom is only for paying customers. I told her that i couldn't hold it & she seen it in my face that I couldn't hold it & she still didn't let me. So I snapped because I'm tired of being treated this way. This is not okay especially for people with serious bladder issues

I don't understand if you place your order for pick up to avoid waiting. The restaurant locks their doors forcing you to have to wait in their drive thru for the longest time to get your food.

I went into drive-thru! Order taker by the name of Sheila was AMAZING!!!! PERFECT ATTITUDE! SHE WAS AWESOME!!!!!

My father has loved this restaurant since he was a kid (hes almost 50 now!). My father took me and my sister and the food was amazing! Love the philly cheesesteaks â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸. We had a wonderful worker named sheila that served us. She and everyone there had such a positive energy and passion. WE LOVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVED IT.
I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience. I wasnât even able to enjoy or eat my food due to a serious food safety concern. I witnessed an employeeâwithout wearing glovesâuse his bare hands to place hot chicken wings directly into a to-go container (I know this was my order because I ordered chicken wings). It was clear the wings were extremely hot, as he then wiped his hands with a brown paper towel instead of using proper utensils. I was shocked that he didn't use tongs, which were visibly available.
I brought this up to a staff memberâan older Caucasian womanâwho was very apologetic and understanding. However, another staff member (a Hispanic woman who Iâve seen working there for years) responded with an attitude, stating that the employee had washed his hands. I explained that handwashing alone does not justify handling hot, ready-to-eat food with bare hands. Thatâs exactly what tongs are for.
Unfortunately, she dismissed my concerns, rolled her eyes, handed me a voided receipt, and walked away. While the first staff member kindly offered to remake my burger, I declined, as I had already lost confidence in their food handling practices.
It's disappointing to see such a lack of cleanliness and proper food safety protocols. This experience left me questioning how often these standards are overlooked.
