I just left the store, it smelled great and was clean. The lady running the register and drive thru told me that she couldn't do two orders since I already put 3 items on one order, and that it's stuck on her screen until I pay for it. The right thing to do would have been to void the single item I didn't want to pay for, and start it up on a separate ticket once the first 2 meals were paid for. I should have stated multiple orders beforehand, I understand that. But sheer laziness in the workforce is unnecessary. If I would have decided not to order were the items to be stuck on the screen for the next people to pay for? I didn't think so.

Terrible service, the staff has no time for you. They gave my delivery order to another driver without checking the details on the app. When my driver came to pick-up, they gave him no attention and told him to leave and that the food was already picked up. Tried to call and the lady told me the manager didn't want to speak and hung up on me while I was mid conversation with her trying to explain to her the situation. Ended up getting no food and no service, all for a high cost. Just go to the Miami Grill in West Park instead, the staff there is way friendlier and the food is also better.
