Terrible service, the staff has no time for you. They gave my delivery order to another driver without checking the details on the app. When my driver came to pick-up, they gave him no attention and told him to leave and that the food was already picked up. Tried to call and the lady told me the manager didn't want to speak and hung up on me while I was mid conversation with her trying to explain to her the situation. Ended up getting no food and no service, all for a high cost. Just go to the Miami Grill in West Park instead, the staff there is way friendlier and the food is also better.

I had the gyro platter that was very delicious coming from a city that has very good gyros. I would definitely stop by there again to get my gyro fix.

This Miami grill sucks compared to the others. I ordered the works Philly no mushrooms...I get a dry original I'm assuming cause nothing was on it except onions..little cheese. Couldn't take it back cause I left the area and wasn't returning till next day. Petty me would hold it but I was hungry so I ate it. This not the first time they messed my sub up but will be the last.NOT returning here!!
