So this place is very organized for the most part, but I feel like this stuff sometime can take years to come and help you when a machine break break down.Also last time I was here all the ATM machines were broken. Literally all the machines were broken only 1 was working and there was like 40 people on lineI think for the location. Or the area the price in for some of the beverage and the food items need to be off the market. Because if you go 10 to 50 miles away from it, you can get better food better drink for cheaper price.My only issue here, is that the machine sometimes when they break and you have to wait a really long time to get somebody to help you.

We love this place! The rooms are always clean, the service is A plus and it’s just a nice all around fun place to stay! We didn’t win any money in the casino but had fun trying! We will come back again and again! Not to mention the new restaurant! Wow! Everything we tried was fresh and Delicious!

The rooms are always very clean, in the location is phenomenal.Sadly, service throughout the entire casino is lacking. From check-in, bingo, drink service on slots, etc...Safety: Several security guards around-the-clock in the casino.Walkability: Clear large walk areas. Well, lite visible signs to different areas of the restaurants, casinos, and restrooms.Food & drinks: Best cafe' con leche I have had in a long time. Cocktails are always amazing.

Stopped in on our way down to Homestead because we never have. Ample parking, welcoming, and didn't get hit in the face with cigarette smoke. Only slots, good variety, clean, and the floor is well tended. +$29 after an hour :)
I absolutely love this hotel and casino. I have been coming here for quite a while and my experience has always exceeded my expectations. I love the location, rooms are well kept and very clean and comfortable. The restaurants are also good and offered a variety of food. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Annie for making my experience this time around so much more enjoyable and special.

I have been a client for many years especially for my birthday dinner from you where, you dined me like a queen, gambled like a princess, and danced my night away! I heard your venues are changing for clients to have a fullfilled joyful evening but, I had to get on this app to inform you about a front desk representative that, goes by the name of Annie. I was impressed on her professional abilities as I was waiting to be next as I heard how Annie was assisting the clients up front and was complelled to her professionalism. I was next and was treated and greeted with respect. Annie answered all my questions and made suggestions. It was a comforting experience that, I needed to thank you for having Annie there!

The disco bar is an excellent suggestion. I can't see those furniture seats in the middle and round high tables would have been on the sides and there would have been more space... I saw it as if I were sitting down to watch a movie.And they should announce, for example, every hour... the person who drinks any drink is given a ticket to drink it for free if they win... they are going to stay and dance and consumeEvery 2nd Friday there will be a dance championship where the couple will be chosen and the judges will only give it to the 3 musicians who were there last night who will win 4 drinks for the following Friday so they can come back next week as OBLIGATED and bring 2 more couples... ..luck friends
