Excellent, excellent, excellent! From the food, to the service, to the ambience, to the noise level, everything was perfect. We ate here a couple of years ago and it was great then and this time was even better. You will not be disappointed by dining here!  Annnnnd....they JUST received a Michelin Star!
9 out of 10 highly recommend. The food and ambiance were definitely Mignonette! Ordered from the Miami Spice Menu for $60. For apps, the crab cake, oysters (raw & Rockefeller) and the octopus are all solid choices. Entrees highly recommend the fancy scallops, red fish, steak tartar, and red snapper. Dessert Keylime pie and cherry cake are the best did not care for the bread pudding. Absolutely a must is the caviar.
Food was exceptional however the service was terrible. I'm not sure if they were having an off night, but we didn't get greeted for about 20 minutes after we were sat, server didn't come back to check on us at all. I had the filet and was not given a steak knife so me and my butter knife were fighting for our lives
