They urgently need to look for employees who know a little how to work with the public and they should do it urgently, the truth is that the service speaks very badly of the restaurant !!!

Visited Dec 18, 2020. Milanesas here are awesome. You you get to pick fish, chicken or beef. Has different styles to pick from, especially toppings for the Milanesa. The one I picked was fish with Alfredo sauce and grilled shrimp topping. The name exactly what it was Karina (for the dish). Got that with a side of Truffle fries. This is the second time coming here and food and service is solid.

Me and my boyfriend decided to try this place "Milanezza" next to the main entrance of the dolphin mall and it was a really good decision. The food is delicious and they have good portions, the only thing was the food did take a some time to come out, but the waitress was nice with us and very attentive. Would definitely be coming back and recommending this place!!!

I was there on Sunday taking my mother for her birthday. I have been there before with my brother and the family in January 2020 at that time me the food was delicious and good portions. Now on Sunday, the Sicilian Millanesa was cold, hard and chewy it was really bad I told the waiter and she said ups sorry. Never again and the pasta portions too small and expensive I think the portions right now are overpriced that's my opinion was better before than now. The service was good and the Music was great..Great time .. The only thing is that the food was not good at all.

The food is good, BUT the service is NOT. And when the waiter brings the wrong entree they still like to charge you for it. It has occurred to me twice. This is why I had to review and will do it everywhere. I was very disappointed with the way they handled the situation. The owner is there and couldn't even come to apologize. The place will not last long there due to its poor service. So sad because the food is good. Just keep in mind (as a business owner that I am) when you open a business, you build relationships with your paying customers not force them to something by making them paying for a wrong order. They definitely need some help in that part.
