The quality of customer service and management has declined significantly. I ordered a cake this past Saturday to pick up today (Tuesday) and even received a confirmation call yesterday. However, when I arrived, I was told they thought the cake was for September 30. The manager only offered excuses instead of a solution. Very poor customer service and unacceptable mismanagement. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of service provided. Do yourself a favor, don’t order from Misha’s!

Visiting from out of town and wanted a sweet treat! We got an assortment of 12 mini cupcakes to try. The lady working the counter was extremely nice and helpful! She gave us good recommendations and they had a huge selection to pick from! It was a little pricey, but overall a great experience and would visit again if we're ever in Miami.

I love Misha’s cakes. However, when I picked up my child’s birthday cake this year, I was surprised that they didn’t open it to show me as they usually have done in the past. I opened it myself and didn’t see anything off from the top and side when I quickly inspected it.
Unfortunately, it seems they have issues with the fondant staying intact as evidenced by other reviews. Once I completely took it out of the box, I noticed that the cake was damaged on one side. But, at that point it was too late and I had to use it as is. People purchase these pricey cakes for special events and expect an intact product and not the headache of dealing with this on the day of such events.

I bought 4 cupcakes. I tipped the girl $1. I spent almost $10 and got this box. The cupcakes don't seem fresh like they used to. The quality has gone down...especially after seeing how she packed them. I would honestly have taken them back had i know they did this.

Hi, I bought 4 tres leches on Saturday 9 around 3pm at the Kendall location. I always visit them and buy tres leches or cupcake. I had never had any problem because everything is usually very fresh. But in this case it didn't happen, the tres leches was like old and the meringue was slimy. I just post this to let you know and please to check the tres leches more frequently.
