Service was great! the worker at the register did a great job helping me choose what kind of cake to get! The air conditioning was out when I went and it was hot inside but it was fine for a quick order. The cake itself was delicious and beautifully done.

I've been a loyal customer and have referred a lot of people since their Doors First Opened. In celebrating a birthday this past week I had ordered 2 cake's and I was disappointed how awful the cake's tasted. They weren't as fresh as it usually were, I called the store and spoke to an associate in letting her know about this in the hopes they would make it right. She called a district manager and informed me she was only willing to give me 20% off and 6 cupcakes ON MY NEXT PURCHASE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I wasn't expecting the owner of Misha's cupcakes not to BACK-UP their PRODUCTS!!! So, I won't be going BACK!!
