OMG, this restaurant is very authentic. The fish was extremely fresh. Everything melts in your mouth. The Shima Ahi Nigiri and the Salmon Spicy Mayo Crispy Rice was 10/10. I will definitely be back again and again.

Excellent dining experience at Miss Crispy Rice. The manager, sushi men and service were fantastic and friendly. The nigiri combinations are very well selected and executed. My only suggestion is to improve the ambiance with more suitable lighting.

Miss Crispy Rice is an absolute gem. We went for Miami Spice and were blown away — the quality of the seafood was excellent, and the menu was truly special (they even had a dish with Uni, which is rare for Miami Spice). The team was very accommodating, happily switching out a plate since we don’t eat bone marrow. Service was exceptional, and the owner himself took care of us with such knowledge and warmth that it made the whole experience feel personal. The restaurant is also very wheelchair accessible, which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Went for Miami spice dinner. First omakase and it was a 10/10 experience. Great service, great vibes, and the best crispy rice I’ve ever had (lives up to its name). Definitely on the pricey side normally (like all omakases seem to be) but the experience is fantastic. I tried flavor combinations I’d never tried before like lemon zest hamachi nigiri and snapper nigiri in plum sauce. Definitely a great date night spot for sushi lovers, if I could ball out all the time I’d be a regular 😂
Make a reservation and do the omakase. They have an a la carte option as well but it’s a better deal to do one of the omakases. Also keep in mind you pay ahead of time when making the reservation which felt weird at first but it was nice to just leave when we were done!
I’ll also note that this is not a traditional omakase experience, it’s more of a remix with things like crispy rice and arancini. But I have heard their sister restaurant Mr. Omakase is a more traditional experience. Hopefully I can go next Miami spice/birthday!

Best freshest sushi I’ve had in Miami. Fish flown in from Japan and dry aged, unlike most places. And. great value on top of that. Debra was a wonderful host. Highly recommend

We tried the Miami Spice lunch omakase. Food was okay, I expected more but I guess social media just overhyped this place. Service wasn’t good too, I thought omakase was an experience the lady who did the omakase wasn’t accommodating at all, she rushed everything and barely explained what she was serving. Vibe of the place was cute very pink with quirky accents but the music choice for the place was terrible. Fortunately this was the Miami Spice option, would not go back here for a regular menu.
