The food was terrible we got the bento box. It took forever, was extremely overpriced and the salmon was overcooked. Honestly shocked this place has a 4.6. We found out it’s shutting down for renos next week so they probably don’t care but I def feel scammed out of our money lol

The only downside was the cleanliness — for a hotel of this caliber, I expected the space to be a bit more polished. Still, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I’d definitely come back for the view and the great cocktails.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars here as I am a Brickell local , I’ve seen managers change , and one thing needs to be rectified - the waitresses cannot half-heartedly serve, or discriminate by checking up on one party often and ignoring another. They have no sense of decorum, and there should be more warmth around the experience all-around, for what Mandarin Oriental represents, I’ve stayed at their properties worldwide , and perhaps because this one is lacking the building is being demolished to construct new condos, look it upPeople come here to be treated extremely well, so until management corrects this I will not be returning
