Professional hospitality is about making feel welcome and caring about your guests/customers. I attempted to join my friends on Thursday 10/23 in the club but the bouncer was so rude and aggressive with zero customer service skills, care, or hospitality
Note to management - the first person you see should be welcoming and at least friendly. Zero interest in patronizing venues who treat guests poorly.
Thank you for not letting me waste time and money on such a disappointing experience with staff with poor attitudes.

Idk I was there for the first time and some guy was going from group to group harassing people … well he especially harassed me for my heritage ; idk what woman with similar heritage hurt him but I was very scared I eventually turned to some women as strength in numbers … then found out that man was the owners friend maybe that’s why he got away with it … it was kinda crazy and spoiled my experience I’m scared to go back now

Purchased tickets via the Dice app to see one of my favorite DJs, Satin Jackets. After traveling to Miami and having a great time prior to our arrival at Mode, the weekend was soured by being denied entry for having on a nice pair of shorts. In Miami of all places. I could see it if we looked dusty in other ways, but we had on nice collared shirts, nice shoes, etc. It’s a shame that two people who were there to enjoy the music were turned away due to pretentious garbage such as that.
Worst place in downtown. It’s a trap. We paid 70 dollars to get in, only to find out that there was an endless line inside the club to go to the basement where Oscar G was djing. We were inline for more than an hour and decided to leave after we finished two drinks while waiting to go down.
