I haven’t been to a Moe’s in a few years and so glad I tried it again. It’s so much better than chipotle, better price, better taste, and they have alot more salsas that elevate the food. The chili crisp chicken was very good and portioned well. They also give a lot of fresh warm chips with the meal which chipotle charges for. They have a deal on Mondays that make it worth coming every week. All of the employees were nice and efficient and I have no reason to go back to chipotle again after seeing how good Moe’s is.

First time in years. Welcome to Moe's! I missed those welcoming words. Their burritos are delicious. I had a loaded one. Their server was friendly and hospitable. The facility was clean.
SUPERVISOR DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE CORRECTIONS ON THE POS SYSTEM!
We go to moes a lot and we just started coming to this location. Today we had $10 in reward points that we can use as currency. We walked in and it was Moes Monday so we selected that on the rewards screen because we did not see the $10 credit option and then we showed her the barcode to scan for the $10 credit and she got another employee named Lorazo to interpret for her since she doesn’t know English. The employee stated that we can only use one reward which makes no sense because the points is currency and shouldn’t be applied as a reward/promo since that is accumulated through us spending. They had to re-ring the order up and this time they were saying we can’t do moes Monday promo since the system already recognized we did a promo today even though we never paid yet. We asked for manager and he said the cashier was the supervisor and she doesn’t speak English. Her name is Deanna. He said the only thing he can do is have us order through the app while our food just sits there and getting cold and soggy while all of this is occurring. He shrugged his shoulders and just stood there like there is nothing they can do. Having a manager that doesn’t speak English is unacceptable.

Places in order on 6/14/24 at 2:56p for a DoorDash to get my food and it’s incorrect. They forgot my guacamole that I paid for 2 of my food items. I then called the store to inform them a lady answered the phone speaking Spanish. I politely told her I don’t speak Spanish if there anyone that can speak English she still decides to speak Spanish. I told her 2 more times I don’t speak Spanish and she hangs up the phone in my face. I had to drive on my break to get the issue resolved which I feel like it didn’t get resolved. Everyone seemed lost and didn’t know who answered the phone. If this is what you call good customer service then they need to be properly trained because this service was horrible.
