Extremely disappointed with this Moeās location. My girlfriend accidentally left her purse here, and when we went back to check if it was still there and to ask for help, it was gone and we were told the security cameras havenāt been working for over two months. Her purse was later found a few blocks away with several of her belongings stolen (a kind man had messaged her on Facebook the same day that he found it as they left her ID in there to be able to know it was hers). Itās unacceptable for a franchise restaurant to have nonfunctioning cameras for that long ā especially when customers trust theyāre dining in a safe, well-managed establishment.
To make matters worse, the workers were very defensive and refused to help us get in contact with the property management. Do not understand why. The lack of accountability, concern, and basic customer service was honestly shocking. Management seriously needs to address this before someone else ends up in the same situation.

I have been coming to Moeās since I was a kid. Itās always been one of my favorite places. I donāt know whatās happened in recent times but to say I was appalled at my last visit, itās putting it very lightly. Remember when you would walk through the doors and you would be greeted with a loud and welcoming āWELCOME TO MOEāsā from the whole staff? Yeah, no more of that. Instead I made my way over to the two frumpy employees who did not aknowledge me until they were done with their uber eats orders. I ordered a burrito and a quesadilla. I was immediately shocked by the tortilla the employee pulled out for the quesadilla- it was at least half the size than what was previously offered. When I questioned this, the wmployew let me know that āthe same amount of ingredients can fit insideā. Yeah, thatās not really the point. I also noticed they changed the quality of their ingredients. The cheese they use is different. After I reluctantly paid, I went to grab myself some sauce to enjoy with my chips. The sauces were ran through and in need of a refill. The booths were dirty and unaccommodating. It saddens me that this is whatās become of Moeās. Safe to say, I will never return.

I had an incredible experience at Moe's in Doral! The Mexican food was absolutely delicious ā fresh, flavorful, and made with the perfect balance of spices. From the sizzling fajitas to the perfectly seasoned tacos, every bite was a treat. The service was equally impressive; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made it an all-around great dining experience. Highly recommend Moe's for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine with top-notch service! Definitely a five-star spot!

First time at Moe's. Excellent environment. Lots of parking. Restaurant is handi-accessible. We took the chance to try a little of everything. Worth the trip to Doral. Highly recommended. Plan to return.

I havenāt been to a Moeās in a few years and so glad I tried it again. Itās so much better than chipotle, better price, better taste, and they have alot more salsas that elevate the food. The chili crisp chicken was very good and portioned well. They also give a lot of fresh warm chips with the meal which chipotle charges for. They have a deal on Mondays that make it worth coming every week. All of the employees were nice and efficient and I have no reason to go back to chipotle again after seeing how good Moeās is.
